SPORTSBOOKS REPORT FOR NFL WEEK 13:
BIGGEST WINNERS ATS: (In Sportsbook favor): #1 BILLS, KC/CINCI-OVER, RAMS
BIGGEST LOSERS ATS: (These teams covering hurt the Sportsbooks) ~ #1 DALLAS, DETROIT, CLEVELAND
FINAL NOTE:
(LAST WEEK): The Books fared better as the four biggest teams bet by Public (4 biggest Fav’s of week) went (2-2). Much like last week bad news is all 4 covered on Moneyline bets that got used heavily by smaller bettors in Parlays. They really needed Dallas to not cover vs. the Colts as when you have one last game of a long Sunday and you need a bet to “bail you out” – it’s usually going to come on the big favorite and not the riskier bet of taking the struggling/bad team. Dallas late surge destroyed the books.
(TWO WEEKS AGO): The Books had a so so week as it’s never good with the 5 biggest favorites all cash on the Moneyline as many people load them all into a Moneyline Parlay. The Turkey Day final results of the Giants scoring very late to back door a Cowboys cover helped the house. 6 point teasers were covered by almost every single team last week (only Denver, Seattle and Indy didn’t cover on a 6 point teaser.
Betting all the Dogs (straight up) on the Moneyline was a huge moneymaker until Week 8 but since it’s been a big money breaker. Betting every Underdog all season long is now in the red (-$1505) after the single worst one week all season where only tiny dog Cinci (+120) won straight up. This system many do each year has gotten massacred 4 of the past 5 weeks.
TOTALS: “UNDER” bettors are still feasting with (107) cashes to only (86) for the “OVER” bettors although for a rare week the “OVER” bettors had the best of it (last week).
