Ok guys and gals had some web site issues and finally after forever hours got it fixed – home page is fully loaded day by day for past week plus though. Last night we had losing night (2-3) as we lost a toughie with Doggie Nebraska (+3) losing in OT – (after hitting two last night thanks to the OT period) this after going final 9 1/2 mins regulation without a basket. Ouch! We split other 4 winning UCONN and Virginia but losing UConn-Over and Ole Miss. 

 

WED JAN 17TH, 2023

One of our most fun overall nights all season as we go (4-1) in CBB winning 2 of the 4 by MIRACLES. We had Team Total winners on both Clemson (80) and Colorado St (75 1/2) thanks to the OT period. Kansas Team Total (73) won easily as did Utah St/New Mexico-“OVER 156”.  We lost S.Carolina. CBB is now in our fav 6 week stretch as I love these next 6 weeks of CBB Conference play with second time around games coming up now. I expect to roll thru these next 6 weeks and double up hopefully our RED HOT season in CBB thus far.

 

TUES JAN 16, 2023

We passed all CBB for MLK Day…back tomorrow with a solid slate of plays. We also passed both Monday NFL Wild Card games.

 

MON JAN 15TH, 2024

Well we are very happy with CBB all season and to sweep (3-0) on a NFL day always nice but moreso since we only has one NFL Sunday. And wow did we ever pull a rabbit out our ass as we win our Best Bet on Dallas Cowboys-Team Total (OVER 29 1/2) with some late magic as Dallas kept in starters against GB Backups and a late TD (also got 2 pt conversion) to cash. We end up Wild Card weekend (2-0) and we do not like either Monday Wild Card game so we are passing. Have a great new week ahead.

Ok well folks we had a ton of CBB yesterday and ended up (4-3-1) splitting our two Best Bets. We started day right off solidly as Georgia (+7 1/2) was our first CBB pick for the long day of games but also one of the 2 Best Bets. They led big and almost crashed on us but in the end they lose by 6 and we cash the game. We lost Colorado Team Total – “OVER 80” as they were ice cold early so never even sniffed that one. We also lost Purdue (-18) as they blew a big lead and ended up winning by only 17. Ouch! We also won Kansas, Clemson (by 1 point) and Florida – we also lost College of Charleston. We pushed with BYU (-5) as they won by 5. 

 

THURSDAY JAN 4, 2024

Lady Luck continues to be with us in CBB this season as we lose our first play last night and then get fouled with 1 sec to go and USC (-7 1/2) hits both FT’s to win by 8 and get us (1-1) split night….we will take it…3 plays for Thursday night.

Ok first Happy New Years 2024 to you all. Ok so its been a few weeks as I was sent out of town abruptly as my best friends (like a brother since 5) Dad passed away and I immediately flew back home to NJ. I returned Jan 1st but I have been exhausted to the core and just watched games and that’s it. So we have 2 weeks of NFL to recap, the Bowls season since our (4-0) start and CBB as well. For most part it’s been good as we have done well across board. Now we will start NFL recap first and Dec 24 we went just (2-2). We followed that up last week (Dec 31) with a (2-1) day. So only (4-3) as we haven’t really been overly excited this past month as in prior years at this time. Ok next the CFB Bowls. Now I at first stated we probably would only go with a dozen Bowl plays. With the good start the clients all said “go for it…even on lesser liked plays as normal”, so I pushed it a bit to 26 total Bowl picks with 7 coming on New Years Day – with my first ever Triple Dip on the same game. After the early (4-0) start we went (8-7) the next 15. The only bright spot was my only “Best Bet” on those 15 was a winner on my home school Rutgers (2 Units). We then made it to the final big slate on New Years and we had a great day going (6-1) and hitting again on Washington Huskies and we hit them 3x:  “2 Unit-Best Bet” on Wash +4, Wash Team Total Over 28 and the game total Over 63 1/2″ winning all 3. Our second “Best Bet” (1 1/2 Units) won with Oregon Team Total Over 44 cashing in – we did though lose on the Total Liberty/Oregon – Over 68″ as Liberty just could never score. We won a miracle in OT with Michigan and another miracle on Tenny/Iowa – Under 36 as Tenny still kept looking to score late rather than just end the game and kneel it out…and luckily time finally ran out to win the Under by 1 point. We also just squeezed in LSU Team Total – “OVER 33 1/2” with a late TD so Lady Luck turned some close calls into a huge winning day ending the Bowl Season with a solid (18-8) run overall hitting all 3 Best Bets along the way.

We had some down time days with No CBB scheduled there over the Holidays and we had some 1 pick only nights on the some of the smaller cards over the Holidays but we crushed it going (12-3) and winning our only “Best Bet” (2 Units) on Nevada (-6) over Ga Tech in a game we led by 6 with 1 second left and got fouled…making both and turning a Push into a nice Best Bet winner. We won 3 other CBB games very late with 2 also getting fouled with under 3 seconds left and those FT’s made turned a Loser into a Winner. When these things go your way and Lady Luck is shining on you like that it’s usually a big run on hand. Not expecting much big stuff for final week of NFL and we started CBB in 2024 with a solid (4-0) and then a (2-1) last night (Tues Jan 2) so hoping to keep grinding profits until late Jan and all Feb (my 2 fav months to bet all year) when we usually get into a gigantic winning run in CBB with second time matchups in League play. I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season. 

 

FRI DEC 22ND, 2023

When you bet for a living there are some really fun games and there are some not so fun games. Last night we had our first “BEST BET-2 UNITS” in the Bowls and it was likely the easiest winner we’ve had maybe all season. South Florida wins 45-0 and was the dog. Bowls still perfect (4-0) out gates. That will change for sure as it’s still tough to gauge with so many guys out. We couldn’t pull sweep in CBB after winning our first two plays easily, we lost our night total (by 10 points – never really sniffed a chance to cover) so (2-1) night as we add to some more profits to CBB Bankroll. We have a 5th CFB Bowl pick Friday night along with 2 CBB plays. Looking forward to a ton of Bowls (we have 2 so far – maybe add a third Saturday) and really like CBB card Saturday (awaiting lines to come out) as well. This is a tough NFL card so far until I am sure of some key players that are injured playing or not. Hope you got all your Xmas shopping done.

Ok one play last night and it didn’t go well….so (0-1) in CBB – which sucks off a nice 4-0 two nights ago. Lets get on track again with 3 CBB tonight (2 big favs and one solid total) and a CFB Bowl “2 UNIT-BEST BET” – we are passing NFL game tonight. Have a fun evening and hope you are all done XMAS shopping.

With Xmas only days away…no better night than last night to go (5-0) overall with really except for one, none even close. Our FB pick we gave out weeks ago on early first send won with UTSA …and to be fully honest if we had to give it last night we would’ve passed with UTSA star QB out. Down 14-0 fast things looked very dim. In end a 18 point win. Bowls now (3-0). I do have a Fri Bowl pick and anyone reading this email me: GGVEGASBETS@GMAIL.COM  – I will give it to you free. In CBB we had Memphis, St Mary’s, Ole Miss (again and again…lol) and total on Florida/Michigan – “OVER 157” which if you only see final score looked like awesome pick….it did go OT but we cashed prior to OT for a (4-0) sweeper night….fantastic night and hoping to stay red hot – tonight though tough CBB card so just 1 play. I do NOT force plays regardless of any hot runs. I play solid/value plays only. Sadly these Bowls with so many kids not suiting up there really arent going to be many solid or real value plays. Have a great Mid week Wednesday.

Ok well quiet (went dark) Monday of no plays – just as well too as both games had all bettors on edge seats and in stress. We have 4 CBB tonight and 1 Bowl pick too.

Sunday Lady Luck hit us hard in the nuts as a perfect day went up in flames on a blocked extra point late – making it worse it was our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” so instead of a (3-0) and (+4 Units) day we end (2-1) and down (0.20 Units) for Sunday in the NFL. We lose Wash/Rams-“OVER 48 1/2” on missed extra while winning other two games easily (SF TT “OVER 30 1/2” and Miami). We had no CBB and won’t be in action on an expected rainy MNF game tonight and no CFB Bowl action on this crap Bowl in late morning (PST). Have a great new week.

Ok fast recap update due to time constraints….full report tonight. Overall huge day (7-2-1) as we went (2-0-1) in NFL pushing first game with Cinci (-3) and then hitting Detroit and Detroit Team Total Over as easy as pie. In CFB the Bowl season has begun and our two picks both cashed (2-0). To be honest early on neither pick looked good …but my UCLA boyz that couldnt tackle the first half went nutso and stopped everything Boise St had for a relatively easy win. Texas Tech also started slow but dominated second half. Great start to a Bowl season I so far have only 10 games checked off (portals and sit outs are brutal this year). In CBB went had solid day (had a chance at perfecto too) but in end (5-2) day. We lost a heartbreaker with St Bonnies (+9 1/2) as they were down 8 late and fouled and lost by 10. Kansas was down all game and won by 4….(at -7) but they did sniff a chance late to maybe push or cover…no crying losing that one though…not a terrible pick but not a great one thanks to a putrid first 30 minutes. We have 3 NFL today (one is a 2 Unit-Best Bet) in that 3-pack. We may add a play on 515pm Prime Time game…waiting longer on weather reports. Have a great Sunday gals and guys.

It’s time to have some fun….we got NFL and CBB and now the start of CFB Bowl season. We have 2 NFL, 2 CFB Bowls and 7 CBB plays (mostly all the Top 25 too) so excited to up our huge profits already this season with some more profits across the 3 sports. We will also have a super rare “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” tomorrow too in the NFL. Be careful with the Bowls as like 4000 kids are sitting out or gone (transferring) which makes for a very hard handicap. I think this will be our lowest amount of Bowl Plays this year of my 35 year career. Have a wonderful and WINNING weekend gals and guys. Oh and Michigan State plays one of the Best Offenses in CBB today, Baylor. I don’t have a play but the game following a Best Bet loser for me has gone 14-1 the last 15 losses of that released Best Bet. Michigan State was so bad last game it’s likely they play like they are the #1 team in Land today. I just can’t pull the trigger again though.

Well folks all in all a decent weekend but we did drop our first “Best Bet” in CBB this season as Michigan State (-3 1/2) lost straight up as they simply continue to play bad basketball. They run terrible sets and to lose in this situation to Nebraska tells me this team in for a long rest season. We did win other two games in CBB easily which slightly takes the sting of the Sparty loss. In the NFL we bounced back nicely off last weeks rare bad showing (just 1-3) with a (3-1) Sunday. Bengals and Dallas were pretty solid, we caught a break not pushing Cleveland (-3) – (I gambled releasing it Sat with thinking Lawrence wouldn’t go) and lost some key point value but Jags going for 2 late and missing it gave us the cover winning by 4. We almost had the nice (4-0) sweeper but Atlanta nice late TD to go up 3 (and at time cover) allowed late TB Touchdown for our only loser. No MNF play in either game and no CBB Monday either…back on Tues. Have a great new week tonight.

Weird to have a Sat and no CFB (I passed Army/Navy) but we had a weird CBB day as well. We did have small winning day (3-2-1) as first play pushed and then we seemed to win, lose, win, lose and win the other 5.  Sunday returns our now Best Sport the past 12 years and we have 4 plays (no Best Bets). In CBB we have 3 plays with one a rare “2 UNIT-BEST BET” in the 3-pack. Let’s have a solid profitable day. Enjoy games and to my Redskins fans brother/sisters – we aint losing today baby!

Ok folks its weekend time finally and although only one CFB game…..its my fav game to watch all season. I love this kids and am so grateful (I could NEVER join a Service) to every one of them. I have no pick but to me its MUST WATCH TV.  Over in CBB I do have a six pack today so let’s try and get on a roll again after splitting the 4 picks Wednesday night. We passed the last 2 nights of tiny cards.  I had 10 games circled but ended with just the 6 plays (all 1 Unit – No Best Bets). Have a great weekend ahead and be safe out there and may all your Wagers be WINNING ones and do not forget to buy a Toy (or 3) for TOYS FOR TOTS for kids who can’t afford toys this Xmas.

Ok for most part so glad we passed MNF game as it made it fun to watch until Lawrence Injury.  Ughhh down goes another QB. We had only 1 CBB and I told you here yesterday we had a Mismatch City pick and boy was it ever as Purdue dominated a sorry Iowa team wire to wire. S0 (1-0) CBB as we start new week on winning note. Really nice card for Tuesday and I had 6 games circled but I decided to go with only 4. Now the scary part is one is a double bubble and the last (and only time all year) we did this in CFB we lost them both. Heres hoping a better result tonight. I have 2 sides (both bluebloods) and one Team Total (part of the double bubble) and one Total these oddsmakers again are like 20 points short on the posted Total. This will be a run and gun fun one tonight…..after torrid start to season its been decent but nothing in my dominating ways since the (21-3) start. Let’s get red hot with some Blueboods tonight.

Sorry for late post = family emergency today that took up all morning….thankfully Dr says Mom is good. Ok well I can count on 1 hand the terrible NFL days the past 6-7 years as we’ve almost ran the table but yesterday we went just (1-3) so with Sat CFB results (4-3 week …luckily the Best Bets of 2 Units won) it was a losing week (albeit juice loss). Over in CBB I mentioned here in Blog yesterday morning we had only 1 CBB play. Well I added a second one and that game lost by 1 point of the Total so instead of (1-0) it was a (1-1) day overall. We are passing in NFL on Monday Night game but one play in CBB primetime that I think is Mismatch City and should be a blowout. Hope you all had a nice weekend and a great week ahead….oh and my Florida State kids were robbed in broad daylight.

Ok well another CFB regular season is now in books…35 of them for me…it didnt go as good as we hoped after winning our “2 Unit-Best Bet” Fri night with Washington but it ended with a (3-3) split. We just fell short on two totals and we had one clunker (UNLV) with the 3 winners are very easy ones. Over in CBB we had another solid day (3-1) as we seem to be slightly back on track in a strong way after the (11-9) run for a 20 game stretch after the torrid start out the gate. For Sunday we have all (1 Unit) plays with 4 NFL and over in CBB just 1 for Sunday. We will fully recap here and in records page (and Homepage) later tonight after NFL games are over. I hope you all have a wonderful and Winning day today.

We ended up with 4 CBB and 6 total CFB Title games picks. All are 1 Unit (No Best Bets). Lets have a big winning day and lets score some points baby……touchdown is word I want to hear most today except one game I want to hear PUNT PUNT PUNT….hahaha…cash all your bets gals and guys. Oh and any fans of me root for my boys Florida State today….nothing be more fun than making shady Committee sweat their balls off all day and night.

Friday night was one of my more fun nights all season as its rare for me to give a “Best Bet” but its fun when it’s a team I’ve really liked a lot all year. On my twitter feed 99% were against me as they all love Oregon…..the talk that it was so ez (laying double digits to a team that won 19 straight games no less) was firing me up like I was actually playing in the game. Many jagoffs say “sprinkle” more money too on the ML on Dogs they pick. I dont do that. I was happy to take (+10) with Washington (2 UNIT-BEST BET). Nice to start off a big Title game weekend with a Best Bet winner. Now it’s 5 more plays Saturday (all 1 Unit). On Friday night in CBB we went (1-1-1) with our first Push all year in CBB. (now many won that Push game but it’s graded what we give at that time and although that line was split….I gave the worst of it and in end wildly it fell there for the Push. Not sure final cut number yet for Sat in CBB but I will post it at 930am the amount. No Best Bets though for sure. Have a great weekend everyone.

Ok folks November is now in books and we ended on a winning note with our only CBB play winning with Creighton a pretty easy ticket cash. Friday night we have a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” in the League of Champions (Per Bill Walton- haha) – I am a big Pac-12 guy and I haven’t been so excited for a Pac-12 game since last time these two met (we won that one). Its interesting on my Twitter feed over 500 people picked Oregon and 3 on Washington. Line opened Oregon (-7) and went to (-10) this morning. Gonna be one of the more heavier bet games of the year (as I expect Bama/Ga tomorrow to be same). Lets start December off with a super rare “Best Bet”. I also have 3 CBB tonight too. We have not had a losing Title game weekend in 16 years so I fully expect to win very nicely this weekend and bounce back off a rare losing CFB week last week. Well we split in CBB (2-2) as we won Colorado State and Auburn but we lost Tennessee and Nevada. We did hit first NBA play of the season as the Clippers bombed the Kings who were off an emotional hard fought game to the Warriors the night before. So all in all some small profits. It’s a grind and it was expected we would cool off from the insane torrid start to CBB (now just 11-9 last 20). So far just one CBB for Thursday night. Have a great day gals and guys. Well a winning night (2-1) in CBB as we won with ez winner on Kty/Miami-“OVER 163 1/2” and Ole Miss but Kansas State (-14) won by 10….but that was with OT help….would’ve been awesome to steal that one. Onto Wed night as we have 4 CBB (and one Bonus NBA – no count either way in record) so hoping to make some profits tonight on hardwood. Have a great Hump Night.

Well we had only one play and it lost – in end not badly by final score….but it was BADLY. CBB (0-1) as St Mary’s played worse than Dobbs of the Vikings did. LOL  We passed MNF game….thank the good Lord…haha….Tues we have 3 CBB plays – no Best Bets. I will def fully update records on homepage later from Turkey Day games thru last nights one CBB loser. Ok thank God for NFL games on board yesterday after one of my worst days in years Saturday (miracle wasn’t a bloodbath). Lady Luck though often can swing you into a winning day or into a losing one so no matter how good I am or anyone is really you do need some Lady Luck sprinkled in. I told you here yesterday it wasn’t my fav NFL board but I did have 5 checked to make final cut. Of course the one I posted about Sunday morning was the one soaring over Total in POURING FREAKING RAINSTORM in Philly…that’s the Gambling Gods making me laugh. My 4 picks went (3-1). You could say I easily could be typing I went (0-4).  We had two early games: (TB/COLTS-“OVER 45”) and (JAGS/TEXANS-“OVER 48 1/2”).  A late Int in TB area helped get a late FG to make for 47 points. The Jags/Texans though fell short as a long FG late (after terrible sack by Stroud lost a zillion yards) hit goal post and winner goes to loser. Second FG miss by Texans K who has never made a 50+ yard FG.  lol    Ok two late games. KC – Team Total – “OVER 27 1/2” starts really bad. Down 14-0 but then 4 TD’s to get the winner with almost entire 4rh qtr left. Last game was ARIZ/LA RAMS – “OVER 45 1/2” and this game was as wild as you can get (Az takes every chance in books with nothing to lose but sometimes those can bite you in the ass on Over bets with them) but in end game cashed with 8+ mins to go. After hitting both NFL Totals (2-0) on Turkey Day we are thrilled with (5-1) NFL week overall and we continue to win at alarming high rates this year and the past 12 years. Over in CBB, after passing Sat card (hated it) for a nice 3 pack on Sunday with our first (yes first) Best Bet of the CBB season (2 Units) included. Fun part was Best Bet tipped early and was a complete monster blowout.  It’s always a little tense on first few Best Bets with so many new clients on board. The other two plays split and to be honest looked like (0-2). I will say this I made no real mistakes or thoughts on any team before yesterday. But I can say honestly now I made a wrong call about Butler. I bet against them 2x and lost both. I do not like this team but they got me good 2x. My last pick of Texas A+M went down 24-10 early.  I was a little taken back but they had their best player out so I wasn’t shocked. From that point though they dominated the game and won. (2-1) with Best Bet winner…nice way to end the week and rebound off my Black Saturday….no MNF Play tonight – just 1 CBB play (as of now anyway). Have a great new week and my thoughts to you Chargers bettors….ouch!

Well it was only by a Bama QB “Miracle Bomb TD” (TOTAL-“OVER”) that we didn’t get swept for first time in years. But still a really rough day (1-4) with a “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” loser with UNLV.  They had been good to us but early imploding and in end they fell short. We had passed in CBB on Saturday awaiting 3 nicer games today, one which is our first CBB “Best Bet” (2 UNITS) as well. We have 4 NFL (3 game totals and one Team total). Not my fav NFL Board of the year but all solid enough to make the cut. I almost had a fifth game Total but pouring rain back in my old neck of woods Philly is keeping me off that Over…..have a great Sunday everyone.

 

SAT. NOV 25TH, 2023

Ok folks it was a small profits day overall…..we split our 4 CFB picks and started off with a nice Oklahoma Offensive super show, then got bitten by a double bubble on UTSA (Side and Team Total) and boy did they turn it over, and over, and over. Five turnovers and three inside the 10 and although it wasn’t a terrible pick, we lost 2 on same game. We ended day same way we started as Texas went nutso and was easy wire to wire winner. In CBB we went (3-2) with all 3 winners very solid (Villanova, VT +5 doggie winning straight up, and Baylor/Fla-“OVER 157 1/2”) but Penn State and then USC (they were my 2nd fav of this 5 pack after Villanova) played poorly in second halves making for just a tiny profit in CBB (now just 5-4 last 2 days after torrid start). It’s late (or early wee hours now) and as of now we have 5 CFB plays for Saturday with one play a “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET”…..so far no CBB at all…lots of games but nothing in wheelhouse of teams I like…I will make a final call around 8am/pst. I will add that if you take teams I lose on the next day you will usually hit 75% of them….and of course Iowa won easy today. That’s gambling (betting) baby!  Good night all.

Fast Update: We hit both NFL Totals as both hit late with some nice Lady Luck…..CBB only (2-2) as we had our first stinker pick of new season (Iowa) – we have 4 CFB and 5 CBB for Black Friday….longer Blog update later today as it’s crazy busy this morning with Hoops early and often and CFB solid too (although my CFB goes little later today – no 9am kickoffs)!  No NFL on Friday – passed.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU ALL! Well we did something that’s now tops for us over our 35 year career and that was with yesterday’s (2-0) day in CBB (Princeton and Nebraska – two of our Preseason sleeper picks) we now are (21-3) on this new 2023-24 CBB Season and our best start ever was in the mid 90’s when we started (20-4). For most part it’s most dialed in we’ve been in decades. I’ve said this 1000x but to me CBB Season is Xmas Day for 5 months. Winning like this really gives you a good mental boost to which is much needed when you are now doing 3 things (NFL, CFB, CBB) all at once. The key I feel is to be honest with yourself too. I mean all most clients or folks reading this daily see/hear is the picks I make and did they win or lose? But I also make check marks next to other games too and I keep track of those closely on are they winning or losing. And this season I am on right track on those as well which means I am fully dialed in on the teams and leagues I follow closely. I don’t often play the smaller Conferences (although I do get some great daily info on Princeton) so I am definitely still in a learning curve stage for many of these CBB teams. Many guys give these lower ranked and no name teams. Not me. I stick to the Top 40 teams as I believe they will stay true to who they are 90% of time. Last I did not stay on my Purdue Maui train and wow – it Pushed – and was the great game I full expected. So even passing I saved a sweat that would’ve only been a Push in the end. I have 4 CBB (all sides again) and two NFL Turkey Day Totals. I hope you all fill your bellies with good food and hopefully good family company. I have a FULL HOUSE today which will be interesting since I am Redskins fan and I have Cowboys fan (eeeekkkkkkk) that will be here. When you bet for a living you will have lots of chances to have a solid winning streak. Before yesterday for most part our CBB start (18-3) we really had nothing close except really one game or two. When that happens then my handicapping skills come fully into play and no Lady Luck needed. Yesterday (below) in my blog post I said it was worst CBB (of lots of games on card) and I ended up with just 1 pick (one I likely don’t make but for the 18-3 record and clients OK’ing it) and not shocking it came right down to the very lost shot taken to decide do I win pick/bet or lose it? I decided to go with the boyz who cashed for me Monday – Purdue (-3).  Result was worst officiated game of year so far, a zillion missed FT’s by Purdue, but in end a ticket casher as Purdue wins by 4. When things are rolling this is usually the final result of a wacky game. When things are not rolling, it’s usually a loser. Again I will take it as we move to a fantastic (19-3) start to this new CBB Season and Tuesday I will say we won’t be riding Purdue today again….we thx them for their assistance the past 2 days though…lol    Two CBB plays today including one of my preseason “Under the Radar” teams this year and one Maui Classic selection too. I will add too it’s hilarious I offered the pick yesterday (Purdue -3) for FREE just by emailing me. When Purdue was losing I got over a dozen Hate type emails saying “I KNEW IT – AS SOON AS I JUMPED SHIP PICK WOULD LOSE”. Not what makes it funnier is for my early years selling my picks 50% of my buyers would say “Gary once I jump on board you will start losing cuz I never (the new client, not me…lol) win”. If that was ever truth/reality I would’ve lost my houses and my bank account and be homeless. Most lose prior to buying my picks for a few reasons but biggest one is “WINNING AT BETTING IS VERY HARD”. I work 16 hour days. Most folks work less than 1 hour if that. Most bet stupid 3-4-5-6 team Parlays. Of course they all lose. Giving Free Plays is a bigger risk on my end then for the bettor who takes them from me. I could go (5-0) with the Pay picks on any given day and yet if I lose that Free pick it makes me look really bad and shady even. If I go (0-5) with paid picks and win Free pick people then say “oh u suck ur paid plays lost and Free picks are junk anyway”. I can’t really win and hence why I no longer give many Free picks. But I will say Thanks back to those who got Purdue as a free pick yesterday by emailing me and then emailing me back THANKS FOR WINNER. That takes class and even though only half thanked me…I still appreciate it. I decided last night to do one of my early years Promotions. “TURKEY SHOOT” WEEKEND – ALL FOOTBALL AND CBB PICKS Turkey Day thru Sunday of this Holiday weekend. Best Bets all included too. It’s $295 bucks and every penny will go to helping Feed the Homeless. So basically you get my picks and you are donating to a great cause. Oh and last I forget sometimes I almost never play Mac(garbage) weeknight games. I sometimes forget they are even on board. I often don’t play Thursday or Monday Night NFL or the few CFB weeknight games and usually say I am passing those. Let’s keep CBB scorching hot streak going one more night. Well folks once again we dominate with our CBB picks (my favorite sport to bet ever…and by far my winningest too) last night with a solid (3-0) sweep running our season record to a fabulous   (18-3) as Purdue did what I thought to a “T” as they exposed the Zags (worst Zags team in decade or so), my UCLA boyz hung on to cover (+6) and then as it will always be you have to also be a little lucky at times to have a sweep day or be in on a solid run over a week or two time period as Texas-TEAM TOTAL ~ “OVER 69” cashed on a very late drive to hoop basically uncontested layup to hit 71 points. Now I will add they scored their 69th point (giving us at least a Push) with 3:39 left to play….so getting one point to cash my ticket with the game run and gun style didn’t seem to be that hard to get. But Texas missed everything until 21 seconds left and the layup to 71 for the win. I will lose games same way over this new long season so I will take this win with no apologies for the last second lucky type basket to cover. I will add it was my first game watching my boyz UCLA play last night. Although they easily could’ve won (and over a solid MQ team) but I am stunned at this is the group HC Cronin has put together. One of tallest teams in country – yes – but wow nobody that can score inside shooting shots – only dunkers. I can’t forsee when I’d be betting them again ahead. I do not like this nucleus at this point but with only one starter returning and all new guys (many from overseas) I will give them time to mesh. Tuesday card is worst of season so far (off a bigger card overall) and so just one pick today (email me for it FREE). Lastly I must add I lived for this Maui Tourney and usually played almost every game of it each year. Now though due to Fires the venue is much bigger and the backdrop isn’t the awesome one it was for shooters so now it’s no longer an EZ Cash Cow it once was. Rule changes too have really impacted the style of play. But we have a shot already at our all time record (although very unlikely) as I feel I am the Best CBB Handicapper/Bettor of all time (Top 5 at the very least). Have a great and WINNING day. Oh and I said it yesterday but we passed KC/PHILLY game on Monday night. One dropped TD pass meant completely different winning side and very possibly changed Over/Under ending too. I was thrilled to be watching on sidelines knowing half world was sweating that one out….LOL

It’s been awhile since they got us in the NFL but if not for the Browns kicking a last second FG to win/cover we would’ve been SWEPT. We lost our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” (AZ/TEXANS – “OVER 48”) as Texans QB Stroud though it was Xmas and he was in giving mood as he turned it over 3x inside the 10 going into score. We had a missed FG and missed two point conversion too on two teams with just tad under 400 total yards. We are ok with losing that one. The other loser was worse as LAC/GB-“OVER 48” had the most drops by wide open receivers I’ve seen all season and it still only fell 1 point short of a Push! It didn’t help a missed extra point and missed FG too….but just yesterday I told you some days Lady Luck shines on you and some days she doesn’t. It’s part of the biz of betting sports. So (1-2) with first Best Bet loser in awhile. Over in the CBB side of things we had to get greedy and add a 4th play – and of course the 4th play cost us a sweep. No big complaints as first 3 CBB all win easily….the 4th one did implode late pretty shockingly (San Diego State) but hey we got a extra chance to still win in OT but just fell short. (3-1) CBB Sunday as we are steamrolling the books in this early start of the 2023-24 CBB season and every new day I am learning more and more. I’ve basically gone with the KISS system thus far and it’s been pure Gold. No Monday Night game tonight and 3 late Tourney CBB picks we are kinda taking a risk on with one of the 3 a doggie we normally don’t take but this is more a “go against” of a big name team I feel is not good….and that’s being kind. Excited to see how the new Maui Tourney plays out in Day 1 with a different venue (much bigger then the cozy little one we’ve seen over the past years). Have a great new week ahead gals and guys.

Ok betting games is not easy and often you winning or losing for a day with 8 plays is did you cash in the close games that easily could’ve went either way. Well yesterday we cashed 3 of 4 that could’ve went either way and the difference was (5-3) day instead of a losing day. This season we have actually not had that many tough beats or really close lucky wins so it was bound to happen. Good news was (5-3) as both “2 UNIT-BEST BETS” cashed but I did add a late 8th play (Iowa St +7) and they lost one they played solid and close all way by 10. Our two Best Bets though (UNLV +3 and Total/Fla-Mizzou~”OVER 57″) both cashed but it took a fantastic stop by UNLV D inside red zone in final minute to get the W, and it took an amazing late great effort by Fla, playing with its started injured, to go down field late and score the TD that put game over (they both ended up scoring once each so Total looks likes easy winner – it wasn’t). I only play Dogs I feel can win straight up and so UNLV wasn’t any Nostradamus pick getting only +3. Hats off to UNLV with brand new HC Odom – to me best surprise in CFB this year. We also had our first play of SMU – TEAM TOTAL – “OVER 37 1/2” score a late TD (was going to be our last chance to cash ticket) and they luckily had just enough clock and Memphis still had 3 Time outs to ensure they wouldn’t get to kneel on ball late and end game. So 3 of 4 super close calls that could’ve easily went opposite way without some Lady Luck shining on the winning ticket casher side. We passed the bad Sat CBB card. Today is Sunday and NFL day. As many longtime followers here know NOBODY has won more in NFL this past 12 years than we have and once again we are in midst of a fantastic winning NFL season. Many cappers like Joke RAS Sports would’ve shut season down up what we are. But not me….as I know these teams now inside out and backwards. We have 3 NFL (one is a 2-Unit-Best Bet) and 3 nice (CBB) as well (all still 1 UNIT). Let’s call it Lucky 7 Day and win’em all. Have a great day and full recap tomorrow on records update on homepage. Well we could only wish all nights were like last night as we had 3 plays and all 3 were EZ ROCKING CHAIR “WINNERS”…now that is fun. In CFB we had UTSA – TEAM TOTAL – “OVER 41 1/2” and that cashed with over 20 minutes left. In CBB we had Auburn and Villanova who both just ran over their opponents from get go for 2 more EZ winners. Yesterday here I told I was passing the second of the two CFB games and for the non VIP Club I did. I decided 1.2 before the game to release Colo/Wash St – Over 61 and the game went Over but after Colo QB Sanders got hurt I was happy to have passed it…the VIP Club peeps get extra plays often that it’s too late to give to the entire group as they often aren’t around to bet right before games. Some extras win and some lose but the extras are never counted in actual season record. For Saturday we have 7 CFB plays and sadly no CBB as the Tourneys resume tomorrow and I already know I will be on 2 games for sure. Sat CBB is brutally bad and for the folks who just joined this week….I understand frustration of paying and getting no picks on a Saturday no less…but I don’t give picks just for fun of it. Sorry for late post but had some big meetings today. CBB last night was a split (1-1) winning Auburn in blowout fashion, but a late implode by LSU cost us a 2-0 night. I keep learning though with all these Tourney games so we may have lost some juice, I gained some great knowledge for more games down road. I am stunned how poor some teams I thought might be better are out the gate and sadly will likely stay not good as the talent together has no mesh. I have ended on only one CFB pick for Friday night and two night games in CBB. I decided at this point in day to pass on the other CFB game tonight – I may still pull trigger later. We are right now at 6 CFB plays again this week for Saturday but two are “2 UNIT-BEST BETS” so overall liking this card. I do have 5 more checked so good chance we even go 7-8 plays. I just started working on Sat CBB so no clue how many at this point = I will tell you exact number on morning Blog post here. Have a great night and fun weekend ahead.

Onto to today as we will have 2 CBB Tourney picks but no Football tonight. I may have a pick on both CFB Friday night though which will be rare but fun. Well the birthday party was awesome….and the picks were profitable for the Birthday night (2-1) but the sad news is we fell short that shot of (10-0) start. The culprits were my Duke boyz (and Mich State boyz too) who bricked up shots all night with 11 missed FT’s and awful 3’s shooting as we fell just a bucket shy of a push & 3 points shy of a win (had Over-141) that would’ve got us the (10-0). The pace was what I thought and bad shooting happens so I am fine with the loss. The other 2 picks were dead solid as Marquette (+2) led most of way and won outright and Kansas/Kty-Over 147 cashed with 6 full minutes still to play. I have to admit Kentucky missing two bigs looked really solid and Kansas was lucky to win the game. Hate to see the unbeaten start end but (9-1) out the gates is much better then even I hope for. I got a few complaints from new sign ups I don’t give out enough plays as many other cappers already released over 30-40 plays already. I don’t worry about quantity. It’s all about quality and weeks 1 and 2 is my learning curve watching new kids, new coaches, new transfers and how they all mesh. I’d be OK with 6-4 at this point as I watched and learned a ton in these first 8 days of the new CBB season. The first two weeks I call KISS (KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) and I don’t delve into crappy teams and two no name types facing off. I stick to the elites as not much changes other then new kids and most of them are NBA talents. It’s a long season and the picks will start flowing more often likely next week with my fav all day tourneys like the Maui Classic, where I have had gigantic winning streaks. It’s also the best learning week or 2 all year as it’s lots of solid teams facing against each other. You learn little from 35 point blowouts over horrible teams. Never bet just to bet. Pick your spots. Right now still no plays tonight. I am watching one game line and may pull trigger at 3pm if all goes well. If not, we Pass and wait for a solid pick. Have a great Wednesday.

Ok well hard to fathom but today I turned 60….Birthday’s are more fun for me when it’s someone elses but today is for my Mom. It’s the Moms who bring us into this world and this is the most excited she has been for any birthday of mine. Today also starts a week of picks not sold for a measly $60 bucks – it was fun doing that the past two weeks but it’s also more stressful as the big winning record prior to either of my last two weeks sold at the Low Special price means zero to any new customer just coming on board. Two weeks ago going (11-1) was of course as fun and no stress as it gets. But the past week going (3-3) on Saturday (even off a UNLV win Friday night and Colorado as a Best Bet winner for 2 Units) and as expected the unhappy calls and emails came in with “I could do better”. Luckily no complaints off the (3-0) Sunday in the NFL and it was nice to watch everyone who bet last night sweat their bets as I just smiled throughout. Well tonight has a full CBB card and we have isolated three nice plays (all 3 major TV games). We are putting our perfect (7-0) CBB start on the line. Well it looked meek for a (3-0) sweep in NFL yesterday but somehow in end another NFL Perfecto day came our way. It was the first time in many years that I can recall where we had no picks on the much heavier early set of games and all our picks were later in day. Add to that and my Redskins also didn’t kick off in the early set and it was one weird feeling having no action at all early. We had all 3 plays late and one Team Total and 2 Totals. I told my paying clients it was the worst overall week I’d seen in decades for SIDES selections. I didn’t like one. Our Team Total of Dallas “OVER 28” (Many 27 1/2s were also avail) basically won by Halftime. Next we had Detroit/LA Chargers – “OVER 48 1/2” and that was basically a winner at Halftime too. But the last of the 3 was my Redskins/Seattle game – “OVER 44 1/2” and at Halftime it didn’t look like I had any shot to cash in that game. But somehow things went koo koo in second half and with almost 4 mins still to go…it went Over and even went over by double digits. We sweep the board (3-0) and just continue to be the best NFL Handicapper on the planet the past decade plus. For all the $60 Birthday Special signups it was another solid profits (last week of course much better) and so I win, new clients profit, old clients (season long ones) profit again and Charity profits as I am donating every penny the past 2 weeks to Charity. Today is last day of my Fifties which doesn’t seem real. Some days I feel 25 still…..and some I do feel 80. This is a tough career with 16 hour work days. But no better feeling than crushing the Big Books/Bookies and doing it all honestly without the big hype. No play on Mon Night game tonight between Broncos and Bills and no CBB again (Passed Sunday card) tonight. Back with a few CBB picks on Tuesday night as we put our unbeaten start (7-0) on the line. That was a winning overall day on tiny profits ending a torrid CFB run as Lady Luck didn’t help us twice in U-Wash non cover thanks to idiot player Int TD going awry not going fully into the End Zone. Last night it was one CBB and one CFB and we hit both easily as we are now in midst of an all time red-hot torrid run across all sports. We hit Tenny (-2 1/2) in CBB and they won by 10. We stay perfecto in CBB (6-0) and will have one Sat. CBB pick (1 UNIT). Over in CFB we won UNLV (-5) and overcame the crazy huge line  move to (-3) late…so we won and you won as I gave it here Free with the (-3). Saturday we will have a 6 pack of picks with one rock solid (2 UNIT-BEST BET) on a rare double digit Doggie (this is not our norm) in a game we feel we can win straight up. Ok just the one CBB pick last night and it went EXACTLY like we expected from two HC’s who play mostly Playground ball and even better in the small gym (reminded me of the Maui Classic games) as the AUBURN-BAYLOR – “OVER 148” was never really in doubt as it covered with just under 5 mins left in the game. We stay PERFECTO out the gates (5-0) in CBB. No plays tonight on this just putrid card. Sadly Thursday card looks not much better.

Well folks Xmas Day (Opening Day of CBB season) was great (4 – 0)  to us again as we swept the 4 game picks card winning 3 in wire to wire Huge Blowout fashion as I fully expected and my one small doggie of Bradley (+4 1/2) won straight up, although you never want a dog pick of over +3 points to go into Overtime….in the end it was a game we felt the dog could win straight up and they did. I am thrilled to start so good and more so due to fact we are on a HUGE RED HOT ROLL of late winning 11 of our last 12 CFB plays and coming off a (11-1) weekend in Football overall. I fully expect to win easily tonight too as I foresee a Playground Ball(game) to break out and my first Total of the year should fly OVER a modestly lined Total. No CFB as I rarely play those garbage Conferences.

Well we just missed doing something we haven’t done since mid 90’s and that’s have a Perfect week. We started Sunday on a (8-0) start to this week and sadly we never sniffed a shot at perfection as Seattle no showed and got bombed (this was also our worst NFL pick in the past 12 years of our amazing NFL dominance). We hit our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on the Cowboys/Eagles – “OVER 47” and we also won Raiders easily and finished day off holding on for dear life with the Bengals winning….we finish off a spectacular (11-1) week hitting all 3 Best Bets along way. Today is also my fav day of the year….START OF CBB SEASON…. for many of you out there you know this is my fav sport to bet of any sport and I have been one of Best 5 CBB Handicappers/Bettors of all time….and so this feels like Xmas morning to a young kid. With my 60th Birthday next Tuesday we are offering again the $60 Special for either all my CBB or all of my Football (one or the other) this week. Finally…..it’s been a long time coming…but we had a PERFECT DAY as we swept all 7 games and only one was even close. We hit our “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” in almost wire to wire fashion as Ga. Tech just blew out a hapless Virginia team….nothing was close yesterday except New Mexico State (-3) who won by only 6 and needed two huge back to back stops to end the game on final 2 drives…but they didn’t allow the TD so we finish a perfect (7-0). Now (8-0) for this new week and even more amazing is the gigantic amount of new sign ups due to the tiny $60 Special this week. We have 4 more NFL Sunday with one a solid Underdog I think could win outright. Have a WINNING Sunday everybody.

Shame as we won the other 2 games easily….but in end it’s the record for day that matters and (2-2) day was final results. Passing MNF game so nothing til possibly Thursday night this new week ahead. Great day yesterday as we just barely miss a perfect (6-0) day…..but we will take a (5-1) day with (2-0) on Best Bets all day long. Nebraska (pk) and Arizona State (+5 1/2) both won easily and it was only Colorado State (+14 1/2) losing by 17….they had this game close most of way….so no real complaints on that loser. We have 4 NFL picks for Sunday – sorry No Best Bets. In fact it’s maybe worst NFL card I’ve seen this season and I am gonna try something I almost never do….double dip on same game. Ok folks sorry for being inactive in Blog but I was away watching my Phillies back East and forgot password to backend of this web site. Back to Vegas after a (4-2) CFB week last Saturday and a (3-2) NFL day last Sunday. We didn’t play any weeknight games past 2 weeks. Looks like 7 CFB on Saturday Oct 28th and we will be in action for Game 1 of World Series on Friday night even though it’s gonna be gut wrenching to watch without my Phils on field. Well its been a quiet week….was fun to watch Colorado implode last night even with no bets on that game…we get back in action today with 6 picks. One is a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” and one is a “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET”. Sorry but no one week only deals this week. If I did them every week then nobody would buy a Season Package and that’s really what I am all about….my picks over an entire season…I will say I will have a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on WNBA tomorrow and anyone who bought the One Week Special last week shoot me an email and I will give it to you FREE. NFL Week 5 has another winning day but it could’ve been really sweet to get the (4-0) sweep day. But the Vikings couldn’t score late and we lost out on a originally called Pass Interference in the end zone to just fall short of the Over. We take the (3-1) day and move on as we continue to destroy the NFL again this season. Passing Monday nights game between Packers and Raiders. We are also passing Tues and Wed and Thur in CFB this upcoming week. We may play some MLB Playoffs but this year it’s been slim pickings – I will update any MLB Playoffs added on Friday.

Well our perfect Best Bets record came to an end as we lost our first one of season as Maryland (+19) found a way to implode and lose by 20 on late and needless Ohio State FG. Our other Best Bet was a wire to wire blowout as Texas Tech played fantastic entire game. We ended up (4-3-1) for the day. We have 4 NFL plays (no Best Bets). We are somewhat scratching our head on one Team Total but we will take it for just 1 Unit even though it’s best of today’s 4-pack. Let’s try to grab another big day in the NFL where we have simply dominated for over the past decade. Have a winning day everyone.

Ok folks its SHOWTIME again with fantastic CFB card. Two Best Bets, with one a huge Upset Special, we get going fast with early Red River game on ABC in game liked a lot and was a fast first release of week. Little pressure as we had strong new client sign ups this week off a few big radio show guest appearances where I offered full weekend for $75 bucks to do a little test if lower cost would get sign ups? Real test is if I win big this weekend how many join for year? That’s always what I like to gauge as I am a ALL SEASON LONG type guy…not grade me good or bad off one week. Let’s all have a gigantic winning weekend.

THURSDAY OCT. 5TH, 2023

Well we split our 2 Wildcard picks with one a terrible pick (TBay – G2) and one fortunate (Milw – G2 – FIRST 5 only) as Milwaukee ended up losing the game overall. We are now (3-1) for this seasons MLB Playoffs. We are passing Thursday CFB and NFL games. Being a Redskins fan I can only laugh at them being almost TD favorite with worst OL in league and worst HC all time. LOL Back Saturday with some really solid CFB Picks and likely more MLB Playoff picks too.

 

WED. OCT 4th, 2023

Wild Card week has started and as we have done for decades we start them off with a nice bang Winning both picks. First one was pretty easy as TEXAS/TAMPA-(FIRST 5 INNINGS) – “UNDER 4” RUNS cashed nicely and then in final game my Phillies scored a run in the 8th inning to give us a (2-0) day as our pick of PHILLIES- TEAM TOTAL – “OVER 3 1/2” RUNS cashed in with that much needed 4th run as Harper ran thru stop sign and scored that big run #4. Great start and today we have one play we really like. Hope to have a winning day again to get this new week’s profits up before we even start a Football game. I will say this I thought last week’s CFB card was great….I think this week’s card is even better. As for the NFL Week 5 card….this is a much tougher overall card this week than the last few week’s that I really liked. Lot’s of hard work ahead to grab some solid picks there. Today I am still trying to recover from watching that awful MNF game (I had no bet/pick) that I am forced to watch for picking up stuff for future games. Wow that was a debacle again by the Giants who can already pack it in for this season. Tuesday though is an exciting day for me as my Phillies are once again playing in the Playoffs. I love MLB anyway and Playoff games really are super exciting. I have destroyed the Books the past decade in MLB Playoffs and today we have two picks to get us going. One is a FIRST FIVE INNINGS-TOTAL and the other one is a TEAM TOTAL. This is some extra betting on usual days off so hopefully we can add to our already huge built up bankroll off the great September in CFB and NFL. Well folks if I was ever goung to duplicate the 3x I had perfect weeks in CFB/NFL over my 35 years this past weekend was a real chance. But in end … Lady Luck wasn’t having it as all 4 losses this week were really tough (3 soul crushers).  But early on this season the lucky breaks all were coming our way and these things we always hope just even out over a season as that means we likely will always end up with solid profits. Sunday we had 5 picks and we finished a solid (4-1).  Saturday our big “2 1/2 Unit-Best Bet” on Kentucky was a rocking chair ez winner and our “2 Unit-Best Bet” was also an ez ticket casher as we had MIAMI/BUFFALO – “OVER 53 1/2” cashed with 20 minutes to play so that’s always nice. We won with the Vikings (although the Offense and Cousins was terrible) but luckily the two big turnovers (one for each team) evened out with TD’s offsetting them and we held on for the cover. Our other plays were all Team Totals (all OVERS) with Bills, Niners and LA Chargers. We won with Bills and Niners, but the Chargers (OVER 27 1/2) fell short as they score ZERO second half points – OUCH! It didn’t help that QB Herbert hurt his finger really bad and wore a huge splint most of second half – it’s very rare you will see a Home team get 24 and get blanked in second half. Saturday we had a nice (6-3) day but all 3 losses were soul crushers. Losing Duke (+6) on TD with 30 seconds left from 30 yards out and then still chance to cash if ND misses two point conversion try….but they made it. We lost USC = TEAM TOTAL (OVER 48 1/2) and we lost when they missed an extra point and a FG and then didn’t score at all final 17 minutes after moving ball at will entire game prior. Our final Loss was LSU (this was not same horrible beat losses as other two) as they couldn’t hold a 9 point lead late.  We all always remember the tough losses – and these 4 losers this week still sting. No play Mon Night – back Tues with MLB Playoffs.

I am short on time this morning but fast recap of yesterday CFB. We had a great day but it may also be the most heartbreaking one too as we went (6-3) easily winning our first (2 1/2 Unit-Best Bet) on Kentucky starting the day in fun fashion…but we had a perfect (rare) (9-0) day stopped by 3 Bad (I call them Tough) Beats on all 3 losers. OUCH! Full update tonight….we have one (2 UNIT-BEST BET) today in the NFL with 5 total plays. We have one (FREE) WNBA pick today too – CONN SUN (+5 1/2) in Game 4. Have a big winning day.

 

SAT. SEPT 30TH, 2023

Ok folks great Fri night as we win Oregon State relatively easy and then we cashed both WNBA picks with NY Liberty winning a blowout…and then my doggie of Dallas Wings (+6 1/2) cashing in. It was all Dallas until 5 mins left and then they went scoreless (killing an additional small wager I recommended on the Moneyline too).  Biggest card of my season today with 9 plays (and I may possibly add a night game. One play tonight is outstanding and will also be our first “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” of the season. Looking to stay hot and dominate this weekend and make up for last Saturday’s (4-4) day. Have a great weekend ahead guys and gals.

We hit our only play with Detroit Lions as they went out and dominated the Packers as we hoped. Tonight will be rare Fri night fun as we have one solid CFB play and I follow WNBA closely and usually only release plays in that Sport to my VIP Members but this week on my $149 Special Package I am giving WNBA Playoff Picks as added Bonus. We like a play in both of the games tonight. One favorite and One doggie (I feel can win straight up). Let’s make some money.

MON. SEPT 25TH, 2023

Well I’ve been in biz for 35 years and bet ten thousand games in my career and before yesterday I’d say it was hard to pick my BEST Pick (bet) ever made. I think though yesterday picking Miami Dolphins – TEAM TOTAL (OVER 27) – (also my 2 Unit-BEST BET) may be best pick ever by me. Wow 70 points in the NFL is almost impossible. Our other winner was pretty easy too as KC CHIEFS – TEAM TOTAL (OVER 30 1/2) cashed in before Halftime. But we lost our other 2 plays as good ole Kirk Cousins (and his sorry ass Play caller/HC) couldn’t punch in a TD twice inside 10 late (worst clock management and play calling ever) costing me there….our other pick never sniffed a chance as Atlanta/Detroit-“OVER 47”  was toast all way. In the end (2-2) but thankful the 2 unit Best Bet won to salvage some small profits. All in all (6-6) weekend saved by all 3 Best Bets winning (all 3 were easy rocking chair winners too so we at least added some profits to the season tally. Lady luck smiled our way all season but not this weekend. It always evens out in the end. Passing the 2 MNF games tonight…back later in week. I should also have the full amount we gave to Charity by middle of this week as I allowed people week 1 to send me the $99 on their “WORD”.  A few of course late sent but guarantee me they mailed it. We shall see. Regardless it will be a very big amount and that is the best part of my job. Helping folks crush the books but also giving back to folks (Charities) in need. Quick recap for Saturday in CFB as I’m running bad on time this morning. We hit both Best Bets (Louisville and Team Total – Washington Huskies-“OVER”) easily but just a (4-4) day as we simply had very little luck go our way (one late bad beat backdoor cover) so just (+1.1 UNITS) of profit – really a poor showing for me on a card that was really solid. Hoping for better as we look to say RED HOT in NFL and we also will have a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” in the bunch on Sunday (NFL – WEEK 3). Have a great Sunday everybody. We end NFL Week 2 on a winning note as the Steelers cashed in what may be the wildest/craziest game of the entire season. The Steelers Offense though looked very shaky again….thanks to the Defense that clearly won that game for us. (5-1) overall this week in NFL. We are definitely passing the Thursday games (NFL and CFB) in a few days so back on Friday morning with next Blog update.

 

MON SEPT 18TH, 2023

Very nice Sunday in Week 2 of the NFL with a near sweep….we finally were on wrong side of a close game as LA Chargers lost in OT, after having a big chance to win it late in regulation, but had to settle for a FG to only tie game up. We hit the other 4 games as our first “Best Bet” (2 UNITS) of year won easily with Bills thrashing of the Raiders. Dallas easily beat the Jets, Miami came thru as did our only Total play as Seattle/Detroit easily flew over the much lower Total than I had pegged for the line there. We will take (4-1) days all year long as we simply continue to DOMINATE the NFL for well over the past decade now. One Mon Night pick to end hopefully this week on a solid Winning note. Well once again a (4-3) College FB Saturday and once again a very fortunate swing winner as Colo St/Colo – “OVER 63” wins thanks to Overtime. Lady Luck shined again our way and over course of a long season we always hope to break even on the “Somewhat Lucky/Unlucky” endings. So far it’s been all lucky our way and so we will gladly take it. We clearly are not yet in sync on CFB “Totals” but we have been rock solid with our CFB Underdogs. Now a very profitable (18-8-1) in CFB and almost double digit profits on the CFB side of things. No “Best Bets” yet but they will come as I feel more comfortable. Bigger card this week in NFL (Week 2) as we have 6 plays – one is on Monday Night this week – one is a “2 Unit-Best Bet” side I feel is a Blowout…one Total again I think soars over (Line is way off in my thinking). Ok weekend was really just so-so as we went (4-3-1) in CFB and we split on Week 1 in NFL (2-2) …our first non winning Sunday on Week 1 in NFL in over a decade. We do have a MNF play (actually released this play first of all my plays this week) but I am a tad worried with possible bad weather. But hey its gambling and we hope rain holds off for the game tonight. Sorry to those who made no profits (a win tonight we could turn a small one)….long season ahead though and I feel I learned a ton – but still lots more to learn after I watch game tapes all week. It took til almost last CFB game of the Holiday weekend to get here, but man o man was it nice to get here and then even more win and win big with Florida State (my Preseason pick to shock the big names and win it all…as they not just won big, but beat one of the HC’s I feel is garbage and never prepared for the Big games, LSU Head Coach Brian Kelly. To me it was just a 1 Unit win….but inside it felt like 10 WINS…haha… we decided to Pass on the Duke/Clemson game as I need to watch Clemson once to gauge if this team lives to the hype…I so far don’t see the loaded roster of studs we saw for years back in day. Great start (10-2) out the gates with two bad picks and one lucky winner…all in all my summer hard work paid off….early look at this upcoming week’s games is only one game screaming at me. One thing though is I have always been one of best “TOTALS” bettors all time…and yet so far not one Totals pick by me.  I wanted to wait out the new clock rule and get a feel for it. This week I likely will have at least two Totals picks as we finally dip our toe in the water there. Excited to get NFL season underway FINALLYYYYY this week as we have simply DESTROYED the NFL the past decade. I am already on two Sunday plays (we are Passing Opener Det/KC). Still working hard on adding another play or two possibly? Have a great new week ahead and go Phillies….Cubs breathing down our necks so gotta get on one more late Hot streak. Well folks the perfect season is over in CFB…..but overall thanks to a very lucky backdoor cover on Western Kentucky (Sack/Fumble recovery/TD by Defense) we went from a (3-3) day losing juice money to a decent (4-2) day overall. We won also with Washington (My boy Penix Jr was lights out again….this Offense is loaded) in monster Blowout, North Carolina and Wyoming (2 TD Underdog) won straight up in wild 2 OT game (also down 17-0 after first quarter). We whiffed on Texas and South Alabama. Now a strong (9-2) CFB out the gates with one play Sunday. Still not sure for Pick or Pass on the Labor Day game Monday night. Have a safe and fun rest of the weekend. 

FRIDAY SEPT. 1, 2023

Well folks a nice rocking chair winner tonight as The U (Miami Hurricanes) rolled that little sister of poor Miami (Ohio) team..(38-3)….if only they were all this easy…lol….we stay perfecto (5-0) on this new CFB season. Onto this gigantic Saturday (6-pack)card with hopefully another strong day tomorrow. Have a great Holiday weekend ahead.

 

THURSDAY AUG. 31st, 2023

Our perfect start stayed in tact even without the stud starting QB as Utah (-4 1/2) went wire to wire over a pathetic Florida team. Now (4-0) out the gates. We have one Friday night pick and as of right now 6 more over this extended Labor Day weekend. Time to really see if all our hours over summer prepping was good prep or bad prep. First week is always a challenge with new HC’s and so many transfer portal players but I feel we have some really solid picks including a few Doggies I can see winning straight up. Let’s make some big money this Labor Day weekend and as always – “NEVER BET WHAT YOU CAN NOT AFFORD TO LOSE”!

We start 2023-24 Football Season of “GAMEDAY PICKS CLUB” with a nice (3-0) SWEEP. We cashed a laugher with Notre Dame, hung on late with San Diego State and then won with Hawaii as the big Dog as they hung tough losing by only a TD (they imploded too in Red Zone or they maybe could’ve pulled outright Upset. Great start and we will return Thursday night for Week 1 and a game I had circled first way back in June. Hoping to get the bankroll rising quickly out the gates. Back next Thursday night with Recap of our much awaited Thursday night pick.

Well folks we are back for Season #35 and we are super excited to crush the Sportsbooks again this season. Tomorrow we kick off WEEK 0 in College Football with 3 plays we feel should cash in. We will have a play on the very first game between Navy and Notre Dame in Ireland. Hoping to start fast again as I am FULLY PREPPED/PREPARED to have another gigantic Winning Football Season.

Well it was one of those nights I had only 2 plays and with one game (Oral Roberts) winning by a zillion you can’t ever cry if the night ends (1-1) …but thanks to Cleveland State (+2 1/2) hitting a 3 with 1 second left and only losing by 2 = we came away with (2-0) night. Start of 3 really wild/busy/big cards of non stop games starts tomorrow. Last night Cleveland State won easily for our 2 1/2 Unit-Best Bet…our 1 1/2 Unit-Best Bet and Furman (-4) won by 9. Our two one unit plays split with St Mary’s (-6 1/2) sneaking in a cover winning by 7 after blowing 24 point lead. Youngstown State (-3) never really showed up and lost by 12. Very nice profits and we now passed (+200) Units on season with CFB/NFL and CBB combined. This clearly one of our best seasons all time combined these 3 sports together.

Well a very solid night last night (3-1) as we won both Best Bets (rare 2 1/2 UNIT and 1 1/2 UNIT) and split the other two 1 Unit plays in CBB. I will update exact teams we picked last night later tonight as I am bouncing right back with the 2 1/2 Unit winner from last night (only 1 Unit play though tonight) and one other 1 Unit play ….for most part horrible card Tuesday filled with mostly garbage teams. The real good stuff starts tomorrow with action all day and not all day action of bottom feeders.

Four CBB plays tonight with a super rare “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” I am shocked at line….it’s off 6 points with wrong team favored. We also have a second Best Bet (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) and two more one Unit plays as well. Let’s destroy books tonight.

 

SUN MARCH 5TH

Well a wild past week as Sunday I sensed I had a bad sinus infection (I get them often and pain had started Friday) and what was supposed to be a nice day out with my Mom celebrating my Dads 2 year Anniversary in Heaven turned into a ER visit and then a 5 day Hospital stay as infection hit my belly/organs and with me having Lupus these infections can quickly turn deadly without proper loaded up antibiotics. Luckily ESPN and CBS airs lots of CBB so I didn’t miss too much other than not being able to do my entire in depth nightly research on every game. We ended the week with decent overall numbers (19-14-1) and (+6.05) profits – mostly all thankful to Best Bets going (4-1) and both “2 UNIT-BEST BETS” winning (Boise State with insane late comeback Tues over San Diego State who didnt score last 4 minutes of the game) and then my long awaited UCLA on Saturday over rival Arizona (another nice winner as Ucla started awful and was down double digits very quickly). XFL started (2-0) and last weekend we split (1-1) and then this weekend we decided to ride the team we feel is by far best overall team (Houston Roughnecks) and they again looked very solid and so amazingly we are (4-1) with really just calculated bets (picks) as we still are in a full learning phase in XFL. This coming week is my favorite week all year to bet any sport as it’s Conference Tourney’s in the bigger Leagues (these are ones I specialize in) and so I will get so many juicy spots and with games all day long it’s like 4 Saturday cards back to back to back. I am so excited and fully expecting a gigantic profitable week. I will say though this is the worst CBB season for overall play as so many teams who make the Big Dance simply stink. Even the top tier of around 12 teams – every single is beatable in Round 2….so for TV purposes it will be a great March Madness with the TV Talking Heads screaming “UPSET CITY” when it reality they really won’t be that shocking at all. It’s my job now to avoid the mine fields. Hope you all had a great weekend and have a wonderful and big Winning week ahead this upcoming week.

Final day of week and last game and Senior Night for lots teams today. It’s also the day my Dad passed so it’s going to likely be a tough one for me and my Mom. After 130pm I will for first time all year not be home watching every game (pick/bet) I make as I am taking my Mom out to celebrate my Dad at his favorite place. My life pretty much revolves around sports betting/watching/researching games but today is a family day for my Mom. This is a super hard day as his last days were simply awful to watch as Cancer took it’s last hard hits on his weakened body. My Dad was a great help to me with my Magazine and Business in my early years and he helped me grow it into now the biggest one Man Sports Handicapping Business in world. I am forever grateful I had such a wonderful Dad and am so thankful for all he did for me as a kid, for me when I get really sick with Lupus and then to help me grow my business. Love you my main man now in Heaven. Last I want to say if you have Parents and Grandparents/Aunts and Uncles who may be older and still alive….make sure to call them often (we all 5 mins to spare each day or so)  and go visit them often too….they will be so thankful and filled with joy and when they are gone you will be so glad you did too. Have a wonderful Sunday gals and guys and if you smoke a cigar or drink …have a big fat cigar and glass of Scotch today for good Luck (my Dads two favorites). Let’s keep making money with these final weeks of CBB….I am over (+100) Units now for season….a truly sensational accomplishment that proves hard work does pay off. SAT FEB 25TH

Well day started awfully (0-2) with both Sanford and Detroit (second time in 3 days) never showing up.  Our third play was close until a late pull away for our first win of Saturday 9-pack as Mississippi State (I team I actually do Not like much but the situation called for this pick) cashed to make us (1-2) early. Then our only “Best Bet” (1 1/2 UNIT) Fla Atlantic won in ez blowout fashion to even score at (2-2) with a small profit now thus far.  Duke then destroyed Va. Tech in wire to wire blowout for (3-2). Then rest all night games with Cleveland State a bad pick making us (3-3). But then it was all wins with USC (-2 1/2) winning pretty easily and New Mexico (+3) –  (super nice comeback in final seconds) – and thankful no Overtime as SD State hits long 3 at buzzer to win by only 2. New Mexico HC Pitino is the worst HC in CBB. Finally Gonzaga and then our final play on  Gonzaga “Team Total” (73) went over in final minute or so to turn a bad start into a fantastic winning Saturday (6-3). We had no play on XFL only game. Sunday has some really nice games that are part of my lifetime #1 strategy with one a team that should be insanely motivated for Sunday’s matchup. Well it was one easy peasy wire to wire Blowout winner and one OMG so close winner on Friday night. Our (2 UNIT-BEST BET) on Xavier (one of our most bet teams this year) paid us back after terrible job earlier this week losing to pathetic Villanova and at Home to boot. Tonight I was in double happy spot as I was taking one of my Final 4 sleepers vs. a team I have not liked all year (mentioned it in my articles here and on radio all year) Seton Hall. I get Xavier at (-1 1/2) over this can’t score joke show SHall….and it was as easy as it gets. Later (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) though was nowhere close to easy peasy. Nevada (in a MUST WIN spot) only (-3) struggled all night to score but even with only 3 FT’s in final 5 minutes (OUCH) they hung on to win by 4 as Fresno State missed 3 wide open three pointers on last possession. Nice bounceback off a small losing Thursday night. Saturday we have a chance to hit the MAGICAL (+100) UNITS up mark for this 2022-2023 season. It’s my goal every season although it’s nearly impossible to do. Last year we won (+68) Units and I felt all season I was in a solid groove. This year I have been “IN THE ZONE” since week 3. The oddsmakers this year have been awful at their job. My own very inexperienced clients are texting me some of my plays before I give them each night. One thing remains clear is most oddsmakers even with a team of guys to make and change up the lines just are average Joes (hence why they have that job and not doing what I do). Saturday looks like 7 plays with just one Best Bet (only 1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) at that. Lot’s of bad matchups. A lot of teams though in desperate need of a win (on Bubble Watch)….problem is most of them stink and that’s why they are on Bubble. Hope you all have a WINNING weekend ahead.

 

THURSDAY FEB 23RD

Well different luck tonight from last night as we go (1-2) losing our “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Detroit-Mercy (-1) as the lose by 3 in a game they trailed by 14 at half only to take a lead in second half and then tied with one minute to go and then fall short in the end (last night we hit all three in same situation late). Memphis (-3) went back and forth all game and in end they won the final minute or two and won by 5. North Texas (-3) struggled to score all game (both teams did) and then went up 3 to down 6 in a fast second and lost straight up. Disappointing night but that’s gambling. I will say I’ve never seen so many teams down 15-20 points in CBB coming back. That’s a norm in NBA but never been in CBB. Looks like two plays Friday but both are “Best Bets”. Look to bounce back tomorrow. Have great rest of your night. 

 

WED FEB 22ND

“BAM” – we finally got the golden ticket with the perfect (5-0) sweep – hit both Best Bets but neither without some anxious times as both Kentucky and Fordham went back and forth with covering and not covering. Strangely we released Kentucky (-3) overnight and woke up to the line moving against us to (-2 1/2). The move made zero sense as Kentucky was playing very well and Florida (who sucked all year) was without best/star player Castleton. Kentucky blew 5 leads of 7 points to be tied late into second half before pulling away with big run late to win by 8. Fordham (-1 1/2) was also super tight and won by 2 (missed both FT’s with 2 seconds left) to survive and cash our other Best Bet. Then we had Marshall (+1) that was super close until a surge late pushed them into what looked like an easy winner (won by 9) – but it was not. Our 2 Totals cashed and if you look only at final scores it looked like both won by huge margins. One did and one was aided by hack a foul in final minute to push both into Win column. Indiana State/Belmont – “OVER 152” went nutso from opening tip and had 91 points as Half and then got 86 more in second half….our one and only easy peasy winner. Our last game which was late TV game of New Mexico/Boise St- “OVER 146 1/2” didn’t look good at Half with only 68 points scored.

We stayed with just the 5 plays…two are (1 1/2 Unit-Best Bets) … I may cry if either loses…I still am in shock at the lines on both….two totals tonight too I think soar over the not high enough total spreads. One tiny doggie I think gets some revenge tonight too. Have a winning night out there gals and guys.

 

TUES FEB 21ST

Ok we hit our Best Bet on Utah State as they had a strong finish to keep our yearly Best Bets on absolute Fire (39-13). In end though it was just a (3-3) night with a tiny (+0.20) units of profit on the evening. We lost Missouri (-3) as they won by only 2 missing FT’s too often…then  Marq/Creighton- “OVER 146” fell short by 2 points for two hard luck losers. No complaints here as Lady Luck has found us way more this season then not. It’s gambling. Xavier somehow lost to awful Villanova. I am STUNNED. I really love this Xavier team. To lose at Home to Villanova (one of worst coached teams) is an embarrassment. We won Texas and A+M for our other two plays. Looks like 5 (as of this blog post) Wednesday night with two (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS). I don’t get either line as I guess nobody told the bookmakers one team is missing it’s best player. Two totals I think are gigantic shootouts….good thing those bets I usually know early on if game is winner or loser. Hope you all had a more profitable night….keep crushing the books rest of CBB hoops season….although it was nice to cash the Best Bet tonight it’s now two straight nights without solid profits…that does hurt me as I truly never feel like I will  lose on any given night…let alone have a minus over a two night span at this time of CBB season.

It took a lot to not give 10 plays as right now being so dialed in everything looks good to bet. But can’t overpay when Bookmakers guess right (well on my side). Just one CBB play tonight and it fell way short as my guess between Kansas or Kansas Team Total was wrong. A bricklayer game both Kansas and TCU kept this game low scoring and never sniffed winner tonight. Back Tuesday night with fantastic overall card…..with definitely one “Best Bet” in bunch. Hope you all had a better night although was a really small card.

 

SUN FEB 19TH

Well Grandma came thru I guess in a small way….went (4-2-1) in CBB with a few Blowout winners on Purdue and Northwestern (now HOTTEST team on Planet) and wild late comeback domination by NC State. We had a complete clunker on Furman (that’s two really bad games by this team although I still like them ahead). Over in the XFL we somehow pulled another miracle out of our ass as AJ McCarron led a St Louis club that couldn’t throw a penny in a pond 5 feet away for 96% of the game to win by 3 and sneak in cover. Thats (2-0) start also winning Saturday with my hometown Vegas Vipers on last second (ok 8 secs left) TD (and thankful 2 point missed conversion so no Overtime) for 1/2 point cover. I love Football and although I felt most of the Offenses looked really bad…clearly Defenses light years ahead to start….but geez it was like a Pick-6 Convention….no QB really made me say “THIS IS THE GUY” after one week. My clients begged me to do XFL and I said as long as we don’t start going into Red too much I will watch it….do my best to handicap it (this first week was above average guesses) and let’s have some extra weekend fun with it. With CBB right now in my favorite 4 week span all year to bet (any sport) I don’t like messing with profits but only because we are so far ahead I said OK to this XFL. I will give credit as decent fan support (where the USFL last year had 45 people per game other than Alabama team getting decent home field support) so we will keep going and I will say this ahead their will be NO BEST BETS …. likely all season…..no no no!  Ok one nice play (just 1 Unit) for Monday in CBB. Happy Birthday in Heaven Grandma…miss you so much. Oh and was nice to get (2-0) in XFL Week 1 as I gave them FREE …. so miraculously (haha) put some cash in everyone’s pockets without any investment made.

She was wonderful Grandma and I know she’s smiling down on me and my Mom today. Oh almost forgot we have an XFL play today too…. win or lose this feels like I am in College again studying (learning) about teams I have no real clue about. SAT. FEB 18TH

Well a long day of games is in the books. Over years our “2 UNIT-BEST BETS” have won at 70% clip and on a day we had 10 plays if you asked me ahead of all the tip offs if I went (1-9) what game would be the one winner I quickly would’ve said MISSOURI. On this day though Missouri no showed for most part and Texas A+M continues to prove that Buzz Williams is not just one of the elite HC’s in CBB but also maybe the most underrated. Never fun to lose your top rated play of a day but overall things went our way with a few MONSTER comebacks on “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” that I honest NEVER expected to get. Kansas (-5) at Half was down 13 and with laying 5 you can’t sit there thinking “we only need to outscore them 19 to cash here”. But wow Kansas outscored Baylor by 29 and actually covered by double digits. I thought OK we turned a really bad situation into not too bad. Kansas State (-3) also was down 8 at Half and again laying 3 you think bad pick here as we ain’t outscoring Iowa State by double digits in the second half. But finally up 3 with just over 2 mins left and you think OK lets steal this one. Exactly what Kansas St did winning by 6. You then think ok Lady Luck has done us right today. Our third and final “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” was a very near “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Utah State but the line was steeper than I hoped (-4 1/2).  Before I could sit and get my note pad back out for their game vs. Nevada (a team I really love) the score was (19-2) for Nevada. You sit there in amazement as “how the F did they fall behind (19-2) in 4 minutes. Again doing the math I am down (23 1/2 – 2) and to sit there saying “oh I still feel comeback is possible” is insanity thinking. I actually turned game off and watched a few other games. I have 7 TV’s I watch so to turn off a Best Bet it’s gotta be grim. Down 15 at Half and you think “ok all we need is another Kansas second half”. And we somehow got it. Utah State caught fire and Nevada missed at least 6 chippies and we somehow cash all 3 “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS”. I would have to rank this win as maybe Top 5 in my 34 year career.

Now with 6 other plays (all 1 UNIT each) we lost both our Team Total on Xavier “OVER 84” as they did the opposite of comeback city late. They scored 49 at Half and now only needed 35 to Push in second  half. They scored only 33. With 3 mins to go we had 78 points. Then HC Miller halted the fast pace and milked clock every possession. Bam Lady Luck said not on this one. Santa Clara and Arkansas were EZ Blowout winners. North Texas then brought Lady Luck back on our side as they laid (-5 1/2) and won in Overtime by 8. We then lost a team I haven’t played but the Situation was one that is very profitable over the years so I rode it. Florida Gulf Coast (-4 1/2) just lost to same opponent, Stetson, Wednesday night. I was feeling good they’d return favor in this quick return matchup. They lost by 2. Ouch. Last we had Lady Luck in play (AGAIN) but Princeton (-1 1/2) allowed a basket with 4 seconds left in regulation to Yale and then imploded in OT. Long day with crazy back and forth action and Lady Luck in play in half our 10 picks. We finish with (6-4) day and (+2.00 UNITS) of profit. I will take it as once you lose (-2.20 UNITS) on one pick it’s going to take a big effort to get in a big profitable day. Onto Sunday where I have 7 plays ready to go. Most Handicappers up the profits we are would lighten the picks released and run out the clock to ensure the great season. Not me. This is “MY FAV TIME ALL YEAR” to bet any sport. I am looking to win even more and why skip great plays? It’s gambling. I have never ever lost in February in CBB….why would I take my foot off the gas in my favorite time all year? I won’t….and new day Sunday and again I will ride 7 plays (all are 1 UNIT only) but a few are head scratching lines. When you have dead team giving us money over and over you keep taking it. Nobody is ever “DUE TO WIN/OR LOSE” but one thing I know is mentally defeated teams at this point in season ain’t coming out fired up. Lots of games with lines 1-3 points which I always love best. Let’s finish this week off with a perfect 7-0 sweep.

PS- I almost forgot we won our first XFL game as my hometown Vegas (Vipers) boys scored a TD with 8 seconds left to then thankfully miss the 2 point try and lose by 2 getting (+2 1/2) …. so we are (1-0) and ON FIRE….haha ….just kidding….I am still not sure if I liked the new season or not. It’s first week so I will give benefit of the doubt on plus side. One more play Sunday. Lady Luck we loved you today…stick around….thanks in advance…haha

Well after a losing night the prior night you always hope to hit the first pick of the bunch for that given night. For a half it looked like we were going to put the earliest tip off game in win column…but somebody forgot to tell Purdue (1 Unit) to show up in second half. Maryland was undefeated at Home but I still decided I’d go against that solid win streak expecting Purdue to bring their A+ game. Somehow a team (Maryland) I place in MBL (Major Brick Layer) Group went off on the hottest run maybe of any team all year (until later Thursday night) with a 32-4 run. If I didn’t witness it I’d never, ever believed it happened. Purdue (especially Edey) just looked rushed in second half and give props to Maryland who made easy, mid range, bombs, acrobatic shots en route to an ass whooping. From there though it was Blowout City as we won Youngstown State and Iowa by big numbers (both 1 Unit) and then our bigger “2 UNIT-BEST BET” winner on Gonzaga (43 point BOMBING) of Loyola-Marymount. Can you say PAYBACK IS A BITCH? Wow….this game was over before some fans even sat in their seats. Very happy with solid bounce back night and the averting a mini losing streak….something to be honest would devastate me at this time of the CBB season. Definitely no Best Bets Friday night….we like 3 plays but none are teams I overly love so I will make a decision on final cut in morning once lines settle out. Well nice start with Tennessee (-3) knocking off #1 Bama with nice late flurry but our other two plays  (Illinois State and NC-Greensboro) both blow nice leads and actually get beat up pretty good. We will be in action for sure with 4 plays and 3 are games in our system that we really like (one will be a “2 UNIT-BEST BET). We will actually be somewhat going against our own rules with the fourth pick but it’s just a spot I am forced to side with. Hoping to avoid a mini losing streak. Hope you all had a better night tonight then I did.

 

TUES FEB 14 – HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

Well only fitting that “LADY LUCK” showed up for us on Valentines Day. We had 4 picks and easily could’ve went (0-4). But Lady Luck was on our side tonight as Prov (+2) won in Overtime in a game they scored last bucket to force OT1 or that’s a push or likely loss if they are down 2 and foul late. Then we had Prov/Creighton “OVER 140 1/2” and that went over late in regulation. I am rarely ever on both sides of same game (meaning Side and Total). So early (2-0) to start night. Then we win pick #3 with St. Johns/Depaul – “OVER 158” thanks to a late scoring flurry by both teams (Pick looked dead in water at Halftime) and then the magical 3 pointer in final seconds to tie game at (79-79) immediately making the game a winner. Now (3-0) and looking to our later game play on Utah State (-13) and that also was in jeopardy in final 20 seconds as Utah St was up 15 and hung on to win by 14. This was definitely a wild roller coaster night and what could’ve been brutally bad turned our way every game and a exciting (4-0) sweep night. Hopefully that made everyone’s Valentine nicer and Lady Luck we thank you for paying us back for the worst loss I can ever remember Saturday with Boise State getting two techs late and giving up 4 FT’s that blew an 11 point cover margin in final minute. You always hope the crazy finishes can at least even out by seasons end. Tonight it was all our way. Good guys win tonight. Wed looks like 3  or maybe 4 plays…again though NO “Best Bets”!

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY – FEB. 12TH

Well the Super Bowl is finally over and after 2 weeks of SB talk….this one is now in books for eternity. The Chiefs and the Mahomies never quit….hung in there and in the end….sadly for Eagles fans…they won another Super Bowl. Being a KC Royals fan I have a soft spot for the Chiefs (I am a Commadores fan…haha) as I’ve met so many amazing folks in KC when I go there to see 15 or so Royals games each summer. My Dad was an Eagles fan so it was going to be really tough to bet against my main man’s team today anyway but I was never feeling good on a pick for either team here. Instead with me loving this to be a high scoring shootout if Mahomes ankle held up… I decided to go with “OVER 49 1/2” for my “2 UNIT-BEST BET”. The Eagles scoring on first drive in 5 minutes felt good…and really I never felt close to not cashing this ticket. I also added Chiefs “TEAM TOTAL – OVER 24 1/2” and Eagles “TEAM TOTAL – “OVER 26 1/2” for 1 Unit plays. For a bit I was worried about Chiefs hitting 25 points or more with Mahomes ankle injury again. But in end both flew over for a (3-0) SUPER BOWL SWEEP. This ended another off charts Football Season and our 11th straight superb NFL season. We had only one CBB play and as I thought….it was a pick a good handful (all newer clients) did not like. I took Northwestern (+5) over #1 Purdue and for around 36 minutes all I could think of was how I was going to get reamed for picking against the #1 team. But Northwestern held Purdue to just 2 points late and they pulled off the SHOCKING “UPSET”….. and even better than the win itself was watching the Students/fans Storm the Court. Those fans showed up in style today…filling the Arena and to see these fans who haven’t had many gigantic wins over the past seasons storm the court made my day. So in end it was really a SUPER SUNDAY for me and my clients as we swept the board with (4-0) day and (+5.00) UNITS of profits. Hope you all had a winning Super Sunday. Well today is a bittersweet day as it will end my 34th Football Season and the Eagles will be playing. My Dads favorite team was the Eagles (most my families too) and he passed two years ago next week and it was two Super Bowls before today I watched my final Football game with him as he passed from Lung Cancer two weeks later. I know he would’ve been so excited to watch the Birds in another Super Bowl. In my younger days I would’ve thrown out 10 props I loved too for this big game…but this year I don’t even have one. The lines on props now move so fast and get out of hand and with my huge following base of clients it’s hard to get everyone even close to some of these wild Prop line moves. I’ll sit back and enjoy the game itself with no real extra distractions this time around. SAT. FEB 11TH

Well what looked like a really great overall day …turned into a pretty good day as we suffered what might be one of our worst losses in many years in CBB. We started day on bad note as our “TOTAL” play on Conn/Creighton-“OVER” fell way short. Then it looked up as Baylor (PK) made gigantic late comeback as the first of two Best Bets on the day. At same time both Drake and Bradley were winning in huge Blowout fashion (we love those…haha). UAB also was a insane fast blowout winner so (4-1) with two plays I liked left. Arkansas though then up just never got on track…stunned they no showed at Home after playing some solid ball of late. Now at (4-2) my final play Boise State (-13) was left. They were up huge at Half over a Wyoming team void of players (3 left team this week) and a team not good anyway. Then up 23 late…looked like (5-2) day was in the books. But then a rare thing happened. Boise score no points in final 2:22 of game and committed two technical fouls for $ Wyoming free throws. Wyoming was down 20 with 1:23 to go and ended game on 11-0 run … a game they couldn’t throw ball in open river entire game. Ouch. Still a (+1.70) UNITS profit for day but damn….awful way to end what looked like a (+3.90) units day. Ok well tomorrow will end this Football Season and my 34th season overall. It’s been another gigantic season and I will close it out with 3 final plays. One is a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” – the other 2 are 1 UNIT plays. I have one CBB play and by looks of things with some new clients I just picked up these past 3-4 weeks (who question every pick I make…why am I making it and why would I pick so and so team) they won’t like Sunday’s lone CBB pick. Well it was a split out night (2-2) and it could’ve been worse when Loyola-Mary (+8) went to OT….luckily they covered (won outright) along with SMiss (-2 1/2) who trailed at Half but won by 11. Florida Atlantic (-14) simply never had a real shot….and Santa Clara (-10) simply played poorly. Been a back and forth week….looking at 2 plays Friday night.

Ok folks it was a (2-1) night but we split the two “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” as College of Charleston won in gigantic blowout by 32 points. Utah State lost by 1 as (1 1/2 point fav) …they fell down 18 but came firing back…only to lose by 1. Our 1 Unit pick of Baylor “TEAM TOTAL-OVER 75” points cashed for some small profits. Nothing looking great Thursday night for a Best Bet…but I do like 4 plays if lines move by Thursday at noon. Hope you all had a great night.

Well (2-2) night but we lost “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on New Mexico for (-1.30) Units loss. We have 3 plays Wed night with two “1  1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” and one 1 Unit play. I really like all 3 so I feel good of a (3-0) chance.

 

MON FEB 6TH

This will be short…we had one play (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) on Kansas (-3) – (released overnight…went up to -4 1/2 today on another awful Bookmaker opening line set overnight). Kansas looked dominant at times but gotta give a gritty Texas team props….they came all way back….before a late surge by Kansas led to 8 point win. After losing Wisconsin as 2 Unit-Best Bet we sure didn’t want to get on a Best Bet losing streak. Kansas at Home laying small number just a must bet every single time…and we caught Texas off a huge comeback win where they emptied tank on Saturday (in a win) and guess what….the legs got tired late and that was difference tonight in this game. We stay on chance to break my all time greatest season record ever … this is so fun. Hope you all had a winning night.

Well folks we went into Sunday feeling great we’d go (2-0) but it didn’t happen. We lost our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Wisconsin (-2 1/2) – we beat the closing line (actually beat it nicely on both Sunday picks) and although we lost….I won’t lie and say I am shocked….Wisky isn’t having a great year and they struggle to score….I was more feeling off a nice win and being in tune with how bad Northwestern is and NW was off a loss to Michigan at Home where they played one  of worst second halves I’d watched a team play AT HOME all year….Wisky was up 1 with 30 seconds and needed just one more stop (likely) and of course they fouled…..allowed 2 FT’s and then they missed their shot to regain lead. It was one of worst CBB games I watched all season and maybe in  years. Two teams going nowhere this year. Michigan cashed in for our other (1 1/2 UNIT) Best bet going wire to wire with a great performance. All in all (-0.70 UNITS) on day. Monday just one play on small card (I almost want to go against my Duke boys as they played awful on Offense Saturday vs. Tar Heels and not sure they can keep Offense pace with fast moving Miami— but if they ever came into a game with solid momentum it’s tonight…I will be more of a believer if they beat a very talented Miami team on Road)….the only play is a Best Bet (1 1/2 UNITS). SAT. FEB 4TH

Long day non stop CBB on TV today….I am actually super tired out…but I will go to sleep smiling as we had a solid winning day (5-2) winning both “Best Bets” in the 7 pack. First we easily won with our now favorite team (Xavier -9) as they destroyed St Johns in a gigantic blowout. Then we had one of our favorite “Situations” I love with Indiana (PK) over one loss #1 Purdue … Indiana is a good team….Purdue is a monster. But this was the day/time for Purdue to finally lose again….against a hungry Indiana team at home in front of one of best Home crowds in CBB. At halftime it looked like a cakewalk easy win. But Purdue is a monster and they came almost all way back…to just 1 point down….but in final 2 minutes Indiana made some huge plays and hung on for the small win (Big win for us). Go Hoosiers. Our other 5 plays went (3-2) with Kansas State (+1 1/2) leading big at Halftime too…but then imploding in second half….they had lead by 1 with 40 seconds to go…one more stop and we likely cash in….but Texas scored and we lose by 3 on two very late FT’s. YUK! We also lost on my only really way off pick Saturday as my Duke boyz/NCaro game never sniffed “OVER 143 1/2”. Neither of those two will make any noise in March Madness this year….as neither can run set plays. Our other 3 plays left all won, Okla State (almost blew big lead but held on for cover), West Virginia a gigantic blowout winner (I knew Oklahoma was a dead after losing the other night vs. rival Okie State….besides they stink really badly as the Groves Brothers are a crumb of what they were just 2 years ago as the darlings of March Madness. Our only Underdog…Auburn (+9 1/2) won as they lost possibly the worst CBB game played this entire season by only 3. I don’t normally like Auburn away from Home…but Tennessee is not a high scoring team….line was way too high. I will take (5-2) all day and every day and a nice (+4.30) profits. Lots of first timers on this week so glad we are stuffing your pockets with cash (Profits) this week. I will try to finish off the week with 2 final plays for this week….and super excited for both (Both “Best Bets”/2 UNIT & 1 1/2 UNIT)….both lines are way off again….should be able to hit both. Well folks only one play in CBB on small Fri night card…and lucky for me two games the line was much too high for my liking and passing turned genius as both didn’t cover. Our only pick San Diego State (-6 1/2) won easily in wire to wire Blowout (we love those…haha) winning by 20. My system plays continue to win at 75% clip which almost surely means we are going to stay red hot and way up in profits. Always excited for the Big Saturday CBB card….jump on board…we have 4 full weeks left of the best time all year to bet. Saturday likely 7 plays with two “Best Bets” too – win big Saturday.

THUR FEB 2ND

Ok well much better tonight after awful night last night, although the night started with a loss on our only early tip off as Northwestern (-3 1/2) went up by 3 early in second half and then got DEMOLISHED. OUCH! But then we hit our 3 night games including our “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Arizona (-8) as they did try their best to blow a 17 point lead but in the end prevailed winning by 15. I was waiting for this pick for a month. So always nice to get the Best Bet variety to cash in. We then won Pacific (-1) by 9 but it was a blowout for most second half. Our last pick was last game to finish and it rarely looked like a ticket casher as USC (-7) won by 10….but trust me this was never easy and it was a dominant late defensive effort they got up and over the (-7) to end night (3-1) and (+2.90) Units. The best part is stopping a possible bad losing skid and after losing first pick of the night with Northwestern…we were in a (1-4) run which is something super rare for us in January or February. I like Feb/2023 a little better now…haha…..had a huge sales night tonight which I usually see whenever I lose badly…a lot of guys/gals who check my site out figure (It’s assumed) I won’t lose back to back nights. Onward and upward…

Well it was way overdue but the bad night (Wed night) finally came…..no excuses…no close losses….in fact we should’ve went (0-4) but we got lucky and went (1-3) thanks to Xavier going to Overtime. Even worse I had added a fourth play after saying I had only 3 and the added play lost … making for a crappy night going to bed…haha….Our “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” on New Mexico was down most the game….often big….they cut a 19 point deficit to 4…then just couldn’t score much afterwards. We lose (-2.85) Units on the night. Decent card tonight so we have 4 plays again with another “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” late tonight and hoping for a fast bounce back. I haven’t lost often in CBB so hoping that last night toughie was a one night thing. January was terrific….damn February (haha) sucks so far.

First to recap Tues CBB picks – we ended January with an awesome SWEEEEEP (4-0) as we hit both “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” with Nevada (+3) and UNLV (+3) both winning pretty big and then winning Kansas and Arkansas as well to end another gigantic January for the 34th straight season. One thing we just own is CBB CONFERENCE PLAY. So a solid (+5.0 UNITS) last night as we now are in doable range to top our Greatest CBB season of our 34 year betting career. It won’t be easy but it sure motivates me to possibly do it. Wed we start a new month (FEB) and we have 4 great weeks to win some really big money. Three plays on Wed with 1 Best Bet (1 1/2 UNITS). Ok folks the month of January has flown by….last night Texas escaped with a 5 point win (and cover)…but in end the (-3) line I wanted was good but the (-3 1/2) line got dicey. Was glad I passed even with the Texas cover. Much better card Tuesday with two “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” in the bunch. Let’s make some big money and end January on a high note. MON JAN 30TH

Sunday was a nice day for us and the clients as we went (2-1) in NFL Title games and (2-0) in CBB. Our biggest play which was “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” won as Eagles (for second straight week as a Best Bet) won in a blowout. Our other two plays split with Eagles-Team Total: “OVER 23 1/2” Cashing in but the CINCI-KC “OVER 48” falling short. Both CBB won easily as Penn State and Furman won easily. All we needed was some OT in KC-Cinci game and we’d likely have swept board. Ok I can dream.  We continue to be the #1 CBB in the World for the zillionth year (ok 34th) in a row. Every day I wake up in January-February I feel like it’s Xmas day all over again as CBB is my FAVORITE months to bet all year and we never get disappointed. I know these teams inside and out at this point and now we are getting many games in rematches of earlier meetings which I really love. I was torn to give Texas out tonight but I decide to pass when line hit (-3 1/2). There will be much better Value plays Tues and Wed night….so although I hate to Pass….Passing isn’t end of the world. Enjoy the night. I am sure later on I will feel lost…..with no bets but I will surely watch Texas game as they should be a fun one.

Well got right back on track in CBB Saturday after the Friday night loss on New Mexico with nice (4-2) day. Losing Miami (up 8 with 2 mins to go) really hurt a gigantic day but we’ve won our share of huge late comebacks this season so no complaints. It’s been another huge CBB week (13-4) so hoping to close this week out with (2-0) sweep today.  Two plays in CBB Sunday and of course always excited for some more NFL Playoffs action. We are now near (+150 UNITS) this season in FB/CBB combined and we are right at pace to have our greatest CBB Season ever! Our new goal is (+100) Units and we still have 5 weeks left of our favorite two months to bet all year long in any Sports with CBB Conference Play. THURSDAY JAN 26TH

Well folks we win our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” in blowout fashion as I fully expected as once again the Oddsmakers were way off … Fla. Atlantic is a team nobody knows about…never on TV….but this team can ball out. Nice 18 point win and another Best Bet Winner. Our other play was a 1 Unit “Total” involving my UCLA boys vs. rival USC. This game was truly two halves of completely different play. Ucla dominated first half and USC dominated second half. In the end we needed a little help from Lady Luck as the “OVER 131” was not looking good…but a last minute plus foul fest….USC Ellis hitting every shot he took from all over court…and late Technical Foul on UCLA hothead HC Cronin all led to this ticket being cashed when most times you won’t get that much late fouling and scoring when one side is up 15. All in all (2-0) night and the Train keeps steamrolling the bookmakers in CBB as I am in my top element (my fav 2 months to bet any sport all year/Jan-Feb in CBB Conference play).

Ok folks we split tonight winning Providence (-10) in a blowout win but losing Alabama Team Total (OVER 77) as the Tide scored only 6 points in first 9 minutes and then with even over their normal scoring pace…fell a few points short for an overall (1-1) night.

Well folks having a perfect night betting sports is no easy feat when you pick 4 games or more…and 34 years later doing this for a living and you still cherish a perfect night. We hit all 5 picks (5-0) in CBB with 3 very easy winners and the other two closer but in the end everything cashed. This is what January/Feb CBB time is = “MONEY TIME”…..as I own CBB like nobody else alive during these two months. It’s more fun when it was Day 1 for a dozen new clients off my Tues Radio Show appearances and they go (5-0) right off the bat. One of the winners was Gtown…not a good team…in fact an awful one…but this was the game they could win to break their million game Conf. Losing streak. They came out fired up to start the second half and led the entire half and although had to hang on at the end…they cashed winning as a small dog. Clemson, Missouri, Miami and UNLV all won big to finish a super profitable night. Thursday card looks thinner so likely just a few picks overall. Hope you all had a wonderful night.

Long season still ahead so no need to push it unless it’s fully warranted.

Well folks the perfect run ended with the early Playoff game as the Bills (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) simply ran out of gas and the Bengals patchwork OL played a near perfect game. We also dropped (1 Unit) on a Super Bowl pick (one of two teams) we picked right here on this site in our NFL Preseason Super Bowl picks for the NFC and AFC. Our NFC pick is still alive. So this Bills loss was costly to those who were on board all season long….if you just joined for the Playoffs Package you did NOT lose this pick. Luckily we won our (2 UNIT-BEST BET) on the later game as the Niners beat “This is our year (for 30th year in a row…hahaha) Dallas to grab back 2 units of profit and make the day’s overall deficit (again for those on since Day 1) to (-0.65). For those only on for the Playoffs Special Package well you actually made some small profits (+0.35) Units. Monday we will be back with CBB but only one….a Total I feel is wire to wire fast paced fun/shootout style. Hope you all had a fun weekend. Can’t believe only 3 NFL games left for this Football Season….man O man this season flew by.

Well folks it wasn’t the overall perfect day we strive for but in end we made some decent profits overall. In the NFL Playoffs we only played one of the two games and we had the Eagles BIG (2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) and that was as stress free and easy as we might get rest of way. Wire to wire Blowout on such a rare and high rated play was nice to sit thru. Over in CBB the day started off looking to be a really profitable one as our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Arizona (+1) won nicely over my UCLA boys. We had everything on our side as my UCLA boys ran the tank just two days ago at Arizona State with a huge comeback in second half and clearly were overdue for a loss (14 straight wins). The oddsmakers were way off on this line and we took advantage. But overall we had a losing Saturday (3-4) as Colorado State made a gigantic comeback, went up 3 late as well, but a foul with 3 seconds left cost us as they lost by 1. The Utah State (OVER 76 TEAM TOTAL) fell short by 1 point as they scored 1 point in final 1:45 and we needed at least 2 for push. We made one of two free throws costing us bigtime. You usually wont have a winning day losing two super close games out of a 7 game card. Sunday CBB is awful and so far looking like a Pass day as we are in action on both NFL Playoff games Sunday as we try to keep our perfect (4-0) Playoffs record pristine.

Well today we have 2 exciting NFL Playoff games and we are in action very big on one of them – a rare “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET” – in CBB today we have 7 plays and one is a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” that make shock many of my longtime clients – the oddsmakers I feel giving me (all of us) a gift…..but we shall see….I think after the Best Bet I will be happy either way. Well we lose a tough one last night as our Team Total on St Mary’s-Over 76 points fell short with only 73… after 26 points in first 10 mins they then scored only 7 points the next 10 mins before HT. Friday we have one Total play – as we await a really fantastic Saturday CBB card and of course super excited for NFL Playoffs to return.

Wed we won our “BEST BET” as Missouri (+1 1/2) beat Arkansas with a gigantic late comeback. We lose our other 2 plays though for a (1-2) night overall. Only one CBB (Team Total) tonight…very bad card overall.

Fast update we have 3 plays tonight with one a “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET”…. although I am not a fan of this Seton Hall team tonight they face a Conn team that will be without HC Hurley nor his #2 assistant as well due to Covid. That’s a very big loss folks. 

 

TUES JAN 17TH

Ok well tonight I have 4 new favorite teams and one I really do NOT like anymore. Just kidding. We had a 6-pack of CBB picks and went a solid (4-2) overall. Tulane truly let  us down and twice as we bet their Team Total “OVER 67” and their game Total “Over 145” and thanks to a 6+ minute drought in the second half we lost both by slim margins. Luckily our other 4 plays all cashed in for a profitable night overall. Kansas State won in Overtime as small dog, Alabama wins for us again, Wake Forest was strong the entire game for a 10 point win as tiny 2 point Fav and the Boise St/Nevada-“OVER 135” snuck over after a monster fast paced/high scoring first half went south with scoring in the second half but still prevailed. Our CBB Season continues to win and win and win. Hope you all had a great night.

Well folks we did not get the Full SHOCKER we had expected as Michigan State (+5 1/2) didn’t Upset Purdue yesterday afternoon. But the great news is Michigan State kept it close the entire way after the first 8 minutes and lost by just 1 point, easily covering the spread for another “2 UNIT-BEST BET” winner. Bookmakers will always over rate Top 3 teams forcing you to pay premiums on the point spread attached to them. We did lose our night CBB pick (1 UNIT) as Cal-Irvine was tied late but lost the last few minutes. So overall (+0.90) profits for the CBB day. Over in the NFL we made it a Wild Card weekend SWEEP as we hung on for the “UNDER 45 1/2” in the Dallas/TB game. As it’s been the case the past decade Lady Luck loves my NFL picks and we continue to now win at a torrid RED HOT pace in the NFL. Already have two “1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS” for Round 2 of the NFL Playoffs as we fully expect to have another huge winning NFL Playoffs weekend. It’s looking like 5 CBB games (all regular plays – 1 Unit plays) tonight. OK gals and guys a huge response to my CBB “2 UNIT-BEST BET” going this afternoon as Radio Show guest spot was heavily followed (I am assuming many folks being off for MLK Day?) and so pressure is on …I love the spot/situation but if you read my Blog last 2-3 months you’d know my pick today is a team I am not in love with as a whole. But VALUE is a huge part of how to be a consistent WINNER. I have one other CBB pick (1 UNIT) tonight and still haven’t decided to play or pass tonight’s MNF Wild Card game between two teams I do not like (as a whole) and so really torn – I will make a decision around 3pm/pst. SAT/SUN JAN 14-15TH FINAL RECAP:

Well folks it was a Wild Card weekend of non stop really fun games with some near gigantic Upsets and once again the greatest Fraud in Sports failed to win a Playoff game – AGAIN! For me winning sports bets is number #1 to me but watching Vikings QB Kirk “Madoff” Cousins lose another big game is almost as close as it gets to my #1 favorite ending to a sporting event I could bet on. We started weekend with two Best Bets going at same time, one in NFL Wild Card games and one an afternoon CBB game. First the bigger of the two as we had a rare “2 1/2 UNIT-SUPER BEST BET”  on the Niners….who looked beatable in the first half, but in the second half came out and DOMINATED eventually winning by 18 points as (-9 1/2) point Favorite. Over in CBB we had a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Alabama (-15) and they won by 40 in maybe my best winner the past decade in CBB. Overall we had 6 total plays in CBB this weekend, 5 on Saturday with the one Best Bet and one on Sunday. On Saturday we split the other 4 CBB plays finishing (3-2) but up a nice (+1.80 Units). In the NFL our only other Wild Card play was also a nice winner as the Total play on Giants/Vikings-“OVER 48” cashed in with 55 points score for a super sweep (2-0) and a whopping (+3.50 UNITS). After a slow grind to the first 14 weeks of the NFL Season we have finally found our past decade form of just demolishing the Books in the NFL and happy we avoided a few possible land mines this weekend with the Bills and Bengals. That’s when you know you are “dead on” and in the zone. Hope you all also had a big winning weekend and for those who are off MLK Day (Monday Jan 16th) and you want a nice winner in CBB in the afternoon please contact me now to hit what I feel is best Value on board Monday in CBB. FRIDAY JAN 13TH

Well folks Lady Luck stayed on board another night as we win a miracle game when we get lucky Iowa went to Overtime as they were (-5 1/2) and our only shot was Overtime. As it is often for the poor Underdog bettors the Overtime turned disastrous. We lost 5 close games earlier this week so we will take that win all day, everyday and love it even more than our other pick last night, Univ of Washington (-2) who just demolished Stanford. Nice (2-0) night as we are back in full winning mode again in CBB after a little lull for around 3 weeks of .500 or so picks. Now though we are into my favorite time to bet all year….January and February as I have never lost during this two months and it’s usually been gigantic profits. CBB is my favorite sport of them all to bet and these two months are simply my biggest joy – I actually feel like Superman during these two months as I not only know these teams inside and out by this point but there are daily situations that are still missed badly by the Bookmakers. Tonight in CBB we have maybe our biggest Friday night card in decades. There was a time there were only Ivy League games on Friday. Then they added a good game or maybe two. Tonight we have the best Friday card of games I can remember in over a decade. I have 6 picks including a “Best Bet” I’ve been waiting for all season and so I couldn’t be more excited. Heck I might not even have 6 picks on the gigantic Saturday CBB card (although I’d be stunned not to get to 7 or 8 picks to be honest). Happy Friday 13th everyone and have a huge winning night ahead and a fun Wild Card weekend ahead.

Well folks it’s always a long night if you pick a 4pm/pst CBB game and then add a 8pm/pst tip off one as well but we had an even longer day as our first pick tipped off at 330pm/pst making for a super long day of action. We loved this card (Wed’s have always been our favorite day of the week in CBB other than of course the big Sat cards) and we ended up with 8 plays winning 7 of them. For the first time in over a decade we had two “2 1/2 UNIT-SUPER BEST BETS” in action on the same CBB day/night. Many of you know I love CBB Totals and I was salivating to see 4 matchups I thought all would be wire to wire shootouts. We had a small dog and a small favorite along with those two “2 UNIT-SUPER BEST BETS” (both tiny favorites). In the end the two Best Bets split as we pulled of a huge miracle with Central Florida (-1 1/2) winning in a zillion Overtimes by 3. UNLV (-2) was up two at the half and we expected a very close second half as well. But Boise State barely missed a shot scoring 53 points in the second half as we got destroyed. Our 4 Totals all cashed in but two needed miracles late to cash and both miracles got there. Conn/Marq needed 10 points in the final minute. Late fouling helped us get 20. W.Kentucky/UAB needed 6 points in the final 29 seconds and somehow the final 7 seconds alone got 7 points. By looking at only the final scores we look like we won both kinda easily. Not the case. Last night Lady Luck missed us in all 3 closes finishes. Tonight she found us in 4 close finishes as Georgia (+2 1/2) was in a back and forth barn burner the entire game and really it was the final 1 1/2 mins we took over and closed out a straight win by 8 points…again it was a point with 2 mins to go. Xavier/Creighton Over was a winner very early as that was a good ole wild shootout. We also won Texas A+M (-4) easily by 18. It was super exciting to head to our final pick (UNLV-8PM TIP OFF) with a chance at a PERFECT (8-0) DAY. It didn’t happen as UNLV no showed the second half but it was a extra fun night as it was a good friends 50th Birthday and I had a little bash at my house to celebrate and so all the attendees were screaming most of the night. It was the perfect night to have many of them as they have no real idea how hard this job (my career as a Pro Bettor) is. They all get my picks (for Free no less..haha) but most don’t watch scores and games non stop like I do. Many have kids and families and can’t spend 6-7 hours nightly. Sunday’s they all seem to find time to watch Football all day but CBB is fast and furious. Most of these guys nearly had a heart attack with the C.Fla game and they are all up gigantic this year off my picks. I think they all left happy and with a renewed appreciation how hard this gig is. I would’ve loved to run an 8 game win streak  into tonight but instead even with a gigantic (7-1) night…we take a 1 game losing streak into tonight. That’s GAMBLING/SPORTS BETTING folks….they all left around 1030-11pm and went home to sleep. I then was up until 230am going over all the box scores and play by play of half the games I missed. Only a few plays came up as solid for Thursday night unless something comes up during Thursday afternoon. But once again thanks to my UCLA boys playing at 8pm it will be a late night again. Thanks to all those on board who sent me emails with kind words….I will reply to all of them later tonight for sure. Also welcome on board to all the new sign ups off a few Radio Shows I started as a guest on this week…many started (2-3) but hopefully the (7-1) night was more of what is in store these next 7 weeks as these are my fav weeks to bet ALL YEAR LONG. CBB had a roller coaster night and in the end it was a losing night as we went only (2-3) and making it worse all 3 losses were within 4 points and easily could’ve swung our way. But that is gambling (betting sports) and we fully understand it. Wed night card looks to be fantastic and we will have at least 6 plays and two of them actually will be “2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS”…. something we have not had in years on same night in CBB but I have games circled months ago I really am excited for and then really it comes down to the line value and how is that given team playing up to that point and it’s opponent as well. If you haven’t tried my picks yet this may be the best night to give us a try. Well the CFB season came to a close and we ended it how we started it…with one last nice winner as TCU/GA-“OVER 62” cashed in to end a gigantic CFB season again this year. We passed the teenie tiny CBB card. It was nice to win a game that really was hard to watch.

 

SUN JAN 8TH

Well folks the final week of this 2022 NFL Season has come to a close. We had 3 picks and the first two, although neither easy, both cashed in as Miami and Pittsburgh covered the spread. I almost could’ve bet my house my Commodores team with the worst/dumbest Head Coach of all time would go win a game that meant zero other than some stupid Pride and now cost the team 2 spots in the next Draft and so like last season (where we dropped 6 spots) he went out and won the game that meant nothing after losing the game that meant everything the week before. And best part is the Bum Rivera will likely somehow keep his job as he again finished with a losing record and proved he has no clue to be a Head Coach when the media (Press) was the ones to tell him the Commanches were eliminated from the Playoffs. Green Bay was our third pick of the day and the Packers nicely laid a big egg and so much for a perfect day. I will take (2-1) in Week 18 every year the rest of my life. In CBB we had just two plays on the small card. Our first play on Maryland (-1) cashed in although very close. Our second pick of Cinci (+9 1/2) fell short as they were down 10 with 3 minutes to go and couldn’t win those 3 minutes. We won a nice Bonus pick on the CFB FBS Title game as we had South Dakota State and they won in a blowout. Our CFB Bowls are now a sensational (20-7) this year and we close out an off charts gigantic profitable season with Monday Nights CFB Title Game between Georgia and TCU. Kinda hate to see this money machine end, but it will be nice to get more sleep and no more Football Magazine to do each week. CBB has a up and down day – but in the end a tiny profit was made with the (4-3) day. We had one NFL play (0-0-1) and that pick PUSHED as KC Chiefs-TEAM TOTAL: “OVER 31” at times seemed like an easy ticket casher. In the end even with a 24 spot at Halftime with one of the Best Offenses in the league….only a TD in second half made it a kinda disappointing final outcome. Three NFL Sunday and two CBB, and bonus CFB FBS Title pick we really like a lot to finish out the week. Have a great rest of the weekend.

 

FRIDAY JAN. 6TH, 2023

Ok folks passing Friday Night CBB as we look forward to some fantastic picks Saturday and Sunday. We are sad to see this is the final week of the NFL Regular season but we hope to stay hot for this last larger set of games. We also have a play on both CFB Title Games (one on Sunday and one on Monday too) so it looks to be another great chance to increase our already gigantic profits this season. THURSDAY JAN. 5TH

Well we went into the Thursday night CBB pumped up…with 4 solid plays and a rare 2 UNIT-BEST BET I expected to win by 35 points in wire to wire fashion. Sadly that didn’t happen and it NEVER had a chance to happen. OUCH! Arizona came out ice cold and never once sniffed a possible cover. It was pretty much a losing bet 5 mins into the game. Maybe the worst 2-UNIT BEST BET I’ve given in 2 decades. Thankfully the other 3 picks all won….two relatively easy (RUTGERS, CINCI) and although they did give a late scare, Arizona State (-4) won the final 3 minutes and won by 6. Not often a (3-1) night produces less than one unit profit but that’s where the bigger unit bets must win. It’s been a great CBB season with all our picks but especially Best Bets. Hoping we can hit our next one whenever that is. Have great rest of the night.

Well it’s always a very long day if you are in action on a late night game but thankfully the later action turned profitable getting us a winning night over a losing one as our first two Totals picks split. I will happily take a (2-1) night every night of the year. I will see we will have a very rare CBB “2 UNIT-BEST BET” we simply love. Hoping to get us on a nice red hot run like we had in November and early December. Have a great night everyone.

MON JANUARY 2ND, 2023

Well today used to be one of my favorite days of the year. Somehow I think this may end up being the very worst day of my 2023 year. I normally wake up very early on game days and today I awakened to a text from my family Back East to call when I woke up. That’s not normal. The message was one I didn’t expect at all. My Godparents nephew had passed at only 52. He was having liver problems and yesterday was rushed to Hospital. When I went to bed the last update was he was doing pretty well and the meds and whatever they did was really helping. Clearly at 2am things changed dramatically. Then before I was able to eat my breakfast my doorbell rang with more bad news as my favorite neighbor has Cancer. I just lost my Dad to Cancer and still now struggle with the loss and what I witnessed in his final months. I barely watched my favorite Bowl Games today as I just felt ill all day. I finally ate dinner and decided to watch the Monday Night NFL game. As you all know this is by far the worst game I’ve ever watched. I normally would’ve been so excited after going (3-0) with the Bowl game picks. It’s a day I finally usually take a deep breath after these Bowls are played. It means the end to a long and very grueling 4 months of capping/betting CFB games. I could handicap NFL in my sleep at this point in the season. Now CBB is lots of daily work and long hours but CBB is my favorite sport. It’s just easier for me than any other sport I handicap/bet/release picks for. It’s kinda eerie I had passed Monday’s CBB card to just simply enjoy these last CFB Bowl games. Today sucked. Now I have to pray for my family members who just lost a 52 yeart old son/brother/nephew/cousin/grandson. For a wonderful neighbor who now has to battle Cancer. And for a 24 year old handsome young man who may lose his life playing a really rough game. Life ain’t always fair. Winning bets ain’t Life. Please kiss your loved ones. Please be thankful for all you have, especially if you have great health. Last, please pray for D. Hamler to fully recover. I will be closed tomorrow. I hope you all had a much better day. SUN JANUARY 1ST, 2023

Ok folks today felt like the NFL did for us the past 10 years as we had a gigantic day hitting both (2 UNIT-BEST BETS) in EZ Blowout fashion with Giants and Lions. We won (1 UNIT) picks easily on Green Bay, magically with Pittsburgh in last minute. Of course my Washington Commadores couldn’t get us a perfect sweep day as they simply no showed in second half. After slowly grinding out basically little over 1 Unit profit per week in the NFL thus season we had a very solid (+4.90 UNITS) payday today. Over in CBB we lost both games (0-2) which is disappointing as we gave back some profits with picks somewhat pushed out there. We have some nice Monday CFB Bowl picks and so no CBB on Monday as we look to close out another fantastic CFB Bowl Season. Well everyone a brand new year has rung in so let’s make it the best year of our lives. I am so appreciative of the life I have…look I hate the 16-17 hour long work days (my girlfriend super hates them…haha) but there is nothing like the high of taking a Casino’s money. Once again we DESTROYED the Books/Casinos in 2022 and so the long days and at times very stressful days of crazy line moves is all worth it when you profit over (+100) UNITS this season (Sept-Dec) but also the start of this 2022 year (Jan-April NFL Playoffs and CBB thru Final 4). There is nobody alive who has won more than I have in 2022 and I am thankful to have clients on board still since my first season 34 years ago. I love knowing they have made a nice profit on their investment in me. This Football Season has been a gigantic success and CBB is already flying out the gate. Updating Saturday’s picks both CFB Bowl games won insanely easy as Bama Roll Tide blew out Kansas State and the Total-OVER~Ohio State/Georgia game flew way over the Total for a solid (2-0) day and now the Bowls are an outstanding (16-7). We still have lots on the line in these Bowls with 3 picks on Monday. So hoping profits don’t end just yet. In CBB Saturday we split (3-3) but we did lose our first “Best Bet” of the season ending a perfect (8-0) “Best Bet” run. (1 1/2 UNITS-BEST BET)Villanova (-1) lost by 2 for a tough first Best Bet loss…they simply played very poorly in final 3 minutes after playing very well entire game prior. Small loss on our profits (-0.85) UNITS on CBB side and solid (+2 UNITS) on CFB side so overall we end 2022 with a small profit of (+1.20 UNITS) overall on the day. Hey nice to end the year on a Winning note. Ok folks we close out another year today/tonight with some fun games. We have two (1 UNIT) CFB BOWLS today (one side and on total) and 6 CBB plays including a Best Bet (1 1/2 UNIT) so hoping for some big profits today. We lay our (8-0) CBB Best Bet perfect run on line here on the final day of 2022. I hope you all have a winning day/night and please be SUPER SAFE out there today and especially tonight….PLEASE PLEASE don’t drive if you are going to even have one drink. Don’t blow your life on drinking or worse someone else’s. I’ve lost two buddies to Drunk Drivers. Call UBER or let the friend drive who never drinks. Well gals and guys a very quiet day yesterday (Thursday) for us as we had only one play and it was a CFB Bowl pick. We gave it out in our first send out a few days after lines were posted and it’s a game we wouldn’t have bet yesterday knowing all the key star players out for the game. It’s first time we got burned all Bowl Season so no complaints. We had Tenny/Clemson-“OVER” and Clemson missing 3 FG’s early in first half changed the whole outcome….Clemson ran 100 plays and the game still goes Under? Ouch!  Bowls now dip to (14-7)! We passed CBB as we really liked today’s CBB big card a ton and that’s now my bread and butter the next 3 months. We do have a “Best Bet” in CBB today and hope to keep our perfect (8-0) Best Bet run going this year. Have a great weekend and final day of 2022 tonight!

 

THURSDAY DEC. 29TH

Well busy day today with 3 Best Bets going (6 plays in all in CFB and CBB) and in the end the day was a complete success. We hit both CFB Bowl “Best Bets” (“2 1/2 UNIT BEST BET”: WASHINGTON +6 and “2 UNIT BEST BET”: TOTAL/OKLA-FLA ST~”OVER”) and in CBB we nailed Santa Clara (-1) for another (2 UNIT-BEST BET) Winner. We lost our third play in CFB Bowl action as I added Florida State (-10) late feeling they’d score 49 themselves. Flat out wrong side as Oklahoma came out ready to play and played inspired all 60 mins. I did not see that Okla D playing that well. In CBB we split our two (1 UNIT) plays as once again Cinci (-4 1/2) was good to me and Memphis (-15) just never seemed enthused and never really sniffed a possible cover. Overall a fantastic (+5.30) Units of PROFIT….we will take that all day and every day. We are now (and still) perfect with our CBB “Best Bets” this season. I always say I love CBB of all the sports I give plays or bet myself…and man I had Santa Clara circled on Day 1 to beat SF in this Home game tonight. It was back and forth a lot but then Santa Clara pulled away late for a big double digit win. I don’t for see any more bigger Best Bets in CFB Bowl action (2 or 2 1/2 Unit-Best Bets) but maybe we can sneak in a few (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS) these last 3 days of Bowl games this year. I will look deeper into the Friday card all night now and see what I may have missed. It’s not easy juggling two major sports at once, let alone 3. Oh and special Thanks to Univ. of Washington for delivering a second super rare (2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) this year. I may have to buy a Huskies hat now. Have a great rest of night everyone. Oh and it’s now just a matter of time but Georgetown’s Patrick Ewing time is up…been a really sad tenure at G’town and I am a big fan…not of him as a HC though….he is one of the worst ever. Also California is a unmitigated disaster…wow…and Michigan…and HC Howard….ur Cinderella slipper is now fully off….you suck badly as a HC and you are in way over your head. To me Howard and Tenny HC Barnes are two HC’s who can’t coach and get the very least out of their top talents.

Good morning gals and guys…long day yesterday so quick recap for Wednesday’s picks. We went (2-1) in Bowl Picks splitting the two Best Bets but luckily the (2 UNIT-BEST BET) on Kansas/Arkansas-“OVER” won (and in true miracle fashion thanks to Kansas Offense late) while the (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) on NCaro/Oregon-“OVER” lost miserably. Our third pick (1 UNIT) on Duke won so we did pick up (+1.35) Units of Profit on the 3 Bowls. We are now (12-5) in Bowls this season. Our two CBB picks split (1-1) so just tiny (-0.10) loss there. Today we are taking two of the 3 Bowl games and one is a (2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) and the other is a (2 UNIT-BEST BET). Hoping to get both cashed. As of today I do not have another Big Best Best rest of the Bowl season. These two picks today were actually the first two Bowl Picks I released 4 days after the lines came out and then settled in. CBB the past 10 days has pretty much been a break even after the torrid start we had all season prior. I have at least learned a ton about 20 teams I knew good…but now I feel I really know them well. That puts me at 65 teams I know very well and that should propel me to a huge Jan/Feb and March in 2023. Have a fantastic day ahead and may all your wagers be WINNING ones!

Well a rare tough day with CFB Bowl picks as we go just (1-2) splitting the two “Best Bets” – losing the 2 UNIT-BEST BET on Ga. Southern as they had the dumbest HC/DC duo I’ve seen all Bowl season and really all season long. First big Best Bet we’ve lost in a long time really so I can’t sit here and complain. We easily won our other Best Bet on the Total/East Caro-Coastal Caro=OVER and are actually a little thankful to win that one as Coastal stud QB hurt in second quarter and that game easily could’ve went south. We lost our third pick as Memphis/Utah State never sniffed the “OVER” … so tough day losing (-1.80) Units. We hope to rebound in the Bowls Wed as we once again have two “BEST BETS” – 3 plays on Wed CFB Bowls. The Bowls now (10-4) after the torrid start before Tuesday’s results. Hope you all had a better day.

SUN DEC. 25TH – XMAS NIGHT

Hope you all had a nice Christmas and Santa came thru as hoped. We won our 2 Unit-Best Bet tonight on TB/AZ -“UNDER” as I fully expected AZ Offense to struggle with McSorley at QB and once again Brady and Offense simply stink. We did lose the morning game pick on the Miami Dolphins – “TEAM TOTAL OVER 26 1/2” points as this may be my most crushing loss all NFL Season. Miami had 20 points with 5 mins left in the second qtr. and never scored again…at Home…4 straight turnovers….I am still in shock. In CBB we won our only play as Utah State went wire to wire for pretty easy winner. Good day overall even with Dolphins heartache just before my big Xmas Dinner. No Bowl play on Monday with maybe worst 2 teams in Bowls (BG/NM State). Not sure about NFL pick for Monday night…and no CBB games on docket Monday so very possible full day off. Ok well a profitable day as we won our 2 UNIT-BEST BET super easy as Philly/Dallas-“OVER 47” flew way over the total. We lost our other two plays though on 1 Unit plays: Detroit and Tennessee. We did cash in nicely as our 11th Bowl pick on Mid-Tenny State won straight up as a TD Underdog….truth be told I did not love this game but since Bowls were running hot I decided to release it. Bowls now (9-2) as we for the fourth straight Bowl season we are simply DESTROYING the Books. Best part is it’s at time of year everyone out spending tons of money and so I love filling those pockets with all the money they just spent back. Fun times when picks are on fire. 

SAT DEC 24 – XMAS EVE

OK well 3 NFL today with a solid “2 UNIT-BEST BET” Total and 2 other NFL Sides. Although we aren’t in love with the one CFB Bowl game Xmas Eve night we did take a 1 Unit play anyway since we’ve had a nice run in Bowls and we are definitely passing Monday’s crappy matchup. Ok folks …. a light day but a fun one as Iona repaid us back for terrible implode yesterday and then Wake Forest grinded out a nice 10 point Bowl win for a perfect (2-0) day overall. CBB needed something positive as the past week wasn’t terrible but heading into today’s Iona pick we were just (6-7) our last 13 CBB picks and a few were flat out horrible picks. Wake Forest win makes us now a spectacular (8-2) this Bowl Season and we are basically now running the table in the Bowls for a second straight season. Hope you all had a winning day and we sure have a rarity tomorrow with a giant NFL slate and one CFB Bowl game as well (no CBB tomorrow)….for years we were stuck with only the one Hawaii Bowl game on Xmas Eve night so it will now be a very busy weekend ahead….Holiday weekend be damned…haha…see everyone tomorrow.

Ok well luckily 2 of the 3 later CBB picks won….still a losing night (from juice) going (2-2) but after (0-1) afternoon loss to start day it’s an OK outcome. Now of course CBB has def cooled off as we now are just (6-7) our last 13 CBB picks with some really (ok really, really) bad picks this past week. It’s tough to run the table an entire season and we “own” the mini slump and hope when all the kids get back after their needed Xmas breaks and get into Conference play we can get on another red-hot run again. The Bowls had a never in doubt and really never “sweat” game Wed night as underdog Air Force dominated Baylor wire to wire for an VERY EZ winner. Bowls now (7-2) overall with this nice ez winner…great start…nice Bowls cushion to work with….which is always nice. We really like one of the two Bowls tomorrow so it’s very likely we pass the other one. No need to press out Bowls we don’t even really like, even up big already.

Well been crazy busy today….and quick note as he had a rare weekday matinee CBB pick …which promptly imploded in final 8 mins…thanks Iona…lol….so now (4-6) last 10 in CBB as we are experiencing our first little CBB mini slump. Three more CBB and Bowl and NFL pick though we hope will make some profits rest of Thursday. Hope you all have a winning night.

Ok well the Bowl game was a back and forth shootout fully as I expected….and the S.Alabama/W.Kty game went “OVER 57 1/2” running our Bowls to now a solid (6-2) start to the Bowl Season. CBB went (2-2) Wed night and very lucky to be (2-2) as a Michigan three ball at buzzer got the “OVER” cashed in that game. CBB in a mini slump (4-5) the past 5 days or so. Thursday card looks pretty good and one Hawaii afternoon tip off to kick off the day…have a great sleep everyone.

Ok been crazy busy out betting and then doing new articles and then doing research for games rest of week….Weather folks can be a big factor this weekend with terrible cold/storms so be careful. We have tonight’s Bowl game in play (5-2 now after 5-1 start) so we need a winner tonight. It’s only a regular 1 Unit play but I do like it. We have 3 really solid CBB picks and hope to rebound off (2-3) record past 3 nights. I always worry about these games right before Xmas as many kids have one foot on the way out to visit back Home….which  is fully understandable….so be careful as no result is shocking this week. I mean Iowa tonight lost as (31 point favorites). I am extra not shocked it was them imploding so bad as I’ve been ripping them here on web site on on CBB shows as well for weeks. Not the day we hoped when we woke up as San Jose State led 13-0….and then got whooped bad. Normally I pass these two games in Bowl action but being up so big on the season the clients said “take some chances too”. I gave myself two mulligans for losing games like this so I am down to only one ahead rest of Bowl season. Bowls now (5-2) – at least both “Best Bets” won (2-0).  After getting demolished with our only CBB last night I felt like we had 4 solid CBB picks tonight. In the end it’s more of a miracle we went (2-2) as Duke and Xavier really were very bad picks on my end. So we lose (-1.30) Units of profit Tuesday which is nothing to lose sleep over but still disappointing. Hopefully we can get back to winning ways tomorrow (Wed). Is it Xmas yet? LOL … have a great rest of your night everybody.

Well folks it was a relatively quiet day….our Bowl Pick (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) on Marshall hung on for dear life to cover the (-10) pointspread and we are now a solid (5-1) out the gates for Bowl Season hitting now both “Best Bets”. We passed the Packers/Rams game tonight and we got demolished with our only CBB pick (Utah State -17). It’s been long time since I can ever remember that bad of a loss on CBB side of things. Glad I didn’t watch it as I was prepping for articles and NFL WEEK 16 games. We made a few bucks or profit which is always better than losing. Sorry to the CBB only members that got smashed with that Utah State pick. Hope to keep rolling in CFB Bowls rest of the way. CBB will easily bounce back hopefully Tues night.

Well an extra long day thanks to World Cup Final starting at 7am/pst…started great with nice Best Bet Winner on Argentina (although I need my head examined giving that out as all I could do was lose and have new clients possibly mad …win and it doesn’t even count on the record anyway….of course they had to blow (2-0) lead late and go OT and then need to go to Penalty Kicks too. At least my pick/bet won…amazingly game ended 2 minutes before NFL started today. First NFL cashed in very easily (TOTAL-DALLAS/JAX-“OVER”) so that was nice and actually weird we had only one early set of NFL games today. Late we had two and our (2 UNIT-BEST BET) on LA Chargers (-3) pushed…and we are very thankful to get that result by way. Our final play Tampa Bay (+3 1/2) stormed out to (17-0) lead and it looked like even with Push on Best Bet we’d add on (+2) units. Instead they imploded to end NFL day (1-1-1). CBB started awful as Notre Dame (-3) got blown out by terrible Georgia. Thankfully my fav CBB play I waited all week for (TOTAL: IONA/NEW MEXICO – “OVER”) cashed in nicely. Pitino vs. Pitino in a game of high school ball up and down court. Son finally beat Dad which was kinda nice. Last game it was Arizona State (-11 1/2) winning big on scoreboard but really for good part of way they were right on pointspread until a monster late run – so we end CBB day with another profitable day (2-1). My night ended crappy though as my horrible coached fav NFL team with worst name imploded twice inside 10 late to lose to the Giants. My stomach is ill watching the awful announcers talk non stop glowingly about Commanches HC Rivera – who is by far worst HC in NFL (and maybe all time). I am exhausted and so this weekend is a wrap. Lots of CFB Bowl games this week – so little extra weekday action that I don’t normally have as I don’t pick the lower leagues that usually play Tues-Wed and most of the Thursday and Friday night game sucked this year so we basically had weekend plays most weeks. Well folks what a monster and fun day. We finish a combined (8-2) overall:  NFL (1-0), CFB BOWLS (3-1), CBB (4-1) and we hit both “2 UNIT-BEST BETS” as well for a total profits of (+7.30) UNITS. This train is steamrolling the Sportsbooks and we now have passed the magical (+100 UNITS) overall (in CFB, NFL and CBB combined). We did finally lose our first CFB Bowl pick though as SMU/BYU-“OVER” had a chance to some extra time Lady Luck until the SMU Head Coach decided no OT. Glad his team missed the 2 point try and lost….hahaha! Best thing about the day was we dodged a bullet passing Vikings and Bills (both won and stiffed point spread cover) so that made it even nicer of a day. CBB finished night with our final pick Arizona (-3) hanging tough late to win by 5. So two close finishes fell our way on hardwood today.  I love CBB most of any sport….CFB Bowls not as much….these late opt outs are hard to swallow or predict…so I am thrilled with (4-1) CFB Bowl Season start out the gate. NFL has been a long and slow grind this year but we have avoided the really bad day all season. Sunday Dec 18th we have our third and final “2 UNIT-BEST BET” of this weekend. Likely 2 other plays…maybe 3 if we like injury and weather updates in morning. CBB looking like two regular plays. Hope you all had a great night and for those brand new and just on this week or for past few weeks off our new Affiliates so glad to instantly start filling your pockets. I am always worried of a bad week right during Holiday season (especially Xmas week itself). I won’t play every CFB Bowl but if I play one I will like it a lot. Banner day so far with two nice (2 UNIT-BEST BETS) cashing and lots of other nice winners too. Started day off with a selection I am never overly comfortable with (L’ville/Cinci – “UNDER 39”). At half I was fully expecting to red ink that pick with a big fat “L”.  Miracle cover there as L’ville ran the clock as horrific as I’ve seen in my career running play after play with 20+ seconds till on play clock….then even at end no kneel down…the Interim Coach Branch should NEVER be allowed to Coach again ahead. But Coach Branch dinner is on me…haha……Only one loss so far (CBB: UNLV-SF “UNDER”) on CBB side as my UNLV boyz couldn’t miss early and played at frantic pace too…and game still just snuck over. Fresno State (2 UNIT-BEST BET) easy wire to wire WINNER (played out to a “T” as I expected) and that was also the Website “FREE PICK” too so many of you had no idea how much I loved that pick/bet. Merry Xmas to all with that nice easy ticket casher for all of you here that still haven’t decided to jump on my Train that is steam rolling the Sportsbooks in all 3 Sports I handicap. Cleveland Browns (-2 1/2) cashed for only NFL official play….but we sent out a Halftime play (about 80% of clients got this play …although it won’t count on official record) on Minnesota Vikings (TEAM TOTAL: 14) for the Second Half. If you watch Football in the NFL all season and you didn’t make that bet too….look folks QUIT betting. They were down 33-0 at home. Kirk “Madoff” Cousins is the King of getting pass yards and points when way down…and the Colts surely were never going to play shutout ball on Road for the entire game. I almost feel like the Cops are going to ring my doorbell any minute here for stealing that money off Sportsbooks. I even texted 3 Sportsbook Heads and asked “how can you make them only 14 for Team Total”?  They all asked what line would I have made? I said 21 1/2. They still would’ve lost with me booking and making the line but I bet over 2/3rds bettors don’t even bet that number.

Early we started day with easiest of winners…one of my dream type games…Gonzaga/Alabama- “OVER”. If I didn’t have a “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on North Carolina I may have made that a bigger play. Now look North Carolina took OT to cash. They had a horrific start to the game. They finished it dominating as I thought they might. When things are going well you win those games 80% of the time. When you are on a losing streak its 20%. No play on Miami/Buffalo game but two CFB Bowls late to finish the Football day and one more CBB later I just really like (love I beat the current line releasing it last night – another terrible mistake by bookmakers on this game tonight). Let’s get a few more tickets cashed tonight and tomorrow a nice (2 UNIT-BEST BET) in NFL Week 15 along with so far 3 other solid (1 UNIT) picks as well. I also love the World Cup Final and that’s also going out to all FB and or CBB clients no charge. I will try to load a final report tonight or tomorrow morning early.

Back tomorrow hopefully with plays in CBB again. I am still undecided on play on Thursday Night NFL TV game between SF/SEATTLE. I will decide at 3pm/pst once I am better aware of who is playing, especially SF at QB. Have a great day everybody. Ok well the incredible win streak finally ended and my UCLA boyz had a huge hand in the loss. They couldn’t miss a shot and only turned ball over 4x and the game was too lopsided to sneak in our “UNDER 142” pick. The game reminded me of our Bama/Memphis-“OVER” last night with points galore in final 2 minutes. Tonight Ucla and Maryland combined for 16 points in last few minutes including 7 in the final minute of play to just sneak over the total. Overall though a (2-1) night highlighted by another “BEST BET” winner on Cinci over Miami-Ohio in monster blowout. I am still perfect on the season with (6-0) record on “Best Bets”. I am fully dialed in and even the losing picks aren’t really off the mark that bad. Thanks to all who bought the $7 Special on the Cinci “Best Bet” tonight. Hope all your picks did well tonight too. Well we easily won our “Best Bet” in CBB tonight as Cinci (-16 1/2) won by 27 in a game we had spread covered by Halftime. Lots of folks took advantage of my $7 SPECIAL OFFER for the “BEST BET” and happy to have won and won easily. As a little Xmas gift we gave out our other 2 plays as well to all $7 buyers. We hit one of our other two plays early as well as (TOTAL) Drexel/SHall – “UNDER 125” cashed with a final of 66-49. Just 48 points at Halftime in a game I honestly felt would not top 100 between both teams. Seton Hall is a really challenged team Offensively. Going to be very long season for them with really no elite type scorers. It shows though how hard it is to win low scoring “UNDERS” as even with Drexel shooting 26% twos/23% threes and SHall shooting 43% twos and 29% threes the game stayed Under by only 10 points. One last total tonight and another UNDER so not a fun two hours likely….lol….but looking for another sweep tonight as CBB now just on another level….heck even for me this early into the season. I will try and update once more later tonight. I will be posting lots new articles rest of tonight for NFL Week 15 games starting tomorrow and some early CFB Bowls too.

Fun night again as we hit both CBB in different ways. Princeton (+7) up much of the game….needed a missed FT by Iona with 5 seconds left to lose by only 6…..so almost had a winner stolen late…but then in later pick (MEMPHIS/BAMA – “OVER 152”) we needed a big second half as score at Half was just 36-33. In the first half Memphis missed an almost impossible 11 layups. The second half become live when Memphis committed 10 fouls by the 10 min mark putting Bama in 2 free throws rest of game on every foul. But even with that we needed 7 points in final 2 minutes to cash our bet/pick. We got 27 points in that tiny amount of time. Overs always live thanks to foul fests at end of CBB games. We continue to win a record breaking pace….man this is gonna be a fun CBB season the rest of way as we already passed (+40) UNITS mark in basically 5 weeks. Thx to all those invested with me this year….great time to fill your pockets with Xmas less than two weeks away.  Back tomorrow and we have a nice “BEST BET” included in the bunch.

Well a sad one to watch in NFL MNF game as Cards QB Murray went down with looks like a really bad knee injury. Game for most part was as bad as I envisioned. Glad I passed. In CBB we won our only pick with doggie Arizona State (+4). I still don’t get the line as Arizona State should’ve been a 2 point favorite in this game. Lucky for me they weren’t as they won by 2. Creighton just came off a wild affair just two nights ago in a game they emptied the tank for a comeback of epic proportions, only to still lose by 1 point. They again played without star Center 7’1″ Kalkbrenner. Why were they still favored? Ok Tues CBB card looks really bad at first look….I will still due a lengthy due dilegence on the card and update tomorrow if we are passing or playing a game (or heck 2). Let’s keep train steamrolling ahead for the rest of this week. Mama needs a new pair of Xmas shoes (my all time fav movie line). Stay safe everybody.

Ok guys and gals was a tough go to get one play in both CBB and MNF (NFL). We have one doggie in CBB we think wins straight up over a tired and short handed team. In the NFL there I wouldn’t bet either side this awful game if you spotted me 2 extra points to either side. I know most people feel you have to have a pick on any/every national TV game but I don’t and have never bought into that foolishness. You “guess” a pick/bet and lose you need to come back with a winner on your next bet just to get even. Never, ever bet a game just to “Be in Action”. That’s what top lifetime winning Pro’s do. Long day everybody with full NFL day and lots of CBB too … will do full written report tomorrow morning but overall good day again. NFL went (3-2) winning “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Detroit Team Total (OVER 26 1/2) but we split our other two (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS) with Bengals (-6) cashing but Miami laying an egg on us. Other 2 plays split (both 1 UNIT). We swept board again in CBB on Sunday, and although 3 insanely close games (one OT – which we did NOT want) but (3-0) day as I stay on torrid pace to this 2022-23 CBB Season and now with a shot to possibly (it’s not likely but fun to even dream it) beat my all time greatest season in CBB (many years ago). Overall we were (+1.75 Units profit in the NFL and +3.00 Units profit in CBB) up (+4.75) Units on the day. Hope you all had a fantastic and big Winning Sunday. Back tomorrow with full recap.

Ok well all the picks are now official and ended up splitting the last 2 CBB games … UAB (+6) hung in there for a long time and late just ran out of gas to lose by 11. Our Total (AZ/INDIANA-“OVER 158”) cashed in nicely to give us a (4-2) CBB Saturday and along with our Army/Navy game winner on the “OVER” we ended up with another solid money making day (5-2) and (+2.80 UNITS) of profit. We continue to stay on a record breaking CBB Season pace as we are completely dialed in this year again. Man I love CBB season. Ok well it’s onto NFL Week 14 tomorrow with our best set of picks all season so far. Let’s try and keep the train rolling Sunday. Have a great rest of the night everyone.

Well you know everything is going your way when you win an OVER in FB when both teams were atrocious oN Offense. But in miraculous fashion we pulled out the win with ARMY/NAVY-“OVER 32 1/2” and once again Under bettors are robbed with Overtime counting. Last season we seemed to lose that type of bet in CFB (to be truthful in the NFL last year we won EVERY game all season like that Army/Navy game) and this season we seemed to win EVERY one. In reality you can’t get to the records we have without also winning lots of close finishes. Now it’s onto the CFB “Bowl Season” which is now available for only $195 bucks. Our first 3 morning CBB (of 6 overall today) were all wacky. We won Miami and Arkansas, both down big, and we lost Wake Forest who was up 13. Soo (2-1) start, then we held on and didn’t  blow a double digit lead with my hometown UNLV (-1 1/2) boyz who hung on for a 4 point win. Nice (3-1) start with 2 games left…one Dog and one Total-“OVER”. Let’s grab them both and have another monster day. Congrats to Army but sincere great thoughts to all the kids on that field today. You honor us 365 and I couldn’t be more proud with 2 godsons in the Army and my best friends son in the Air Force. Back later tonight with final update.

Good morning everyone…well it’s rare day where we simply have no picks ….we lean to Raiders but not fan laying a TD on Road with an overall losing team that runs out one of worst Offensive Lines in the NFL. Rams have no Home Field adv….in fact I’d bet 80% of fans attending this Thursday Night NFL Special are Raiders fans, not Rams fans. The Rams star players are all out. They may play QB Baker Mayfield after one day with the team. Things are rock bottom for Rams. The key to being not just a Pro Bettor like me, but a winning bettor even if you aren’t a Pro Bettor is you do NOT bet games for the fun of it “just to watch”. People say the reason Casinos so beautiful and why they get rich is nobody wins. That is the biggest LIE ever told. I crush the Casino’s and so do all my clients and I have many other Pro Bettor friends crushing them. We win because we do NOT bet stupid Parlays (that is main reason Sportsbooks win) nor do we bet a game just “because” it’s on TV (and the only big game in town that day/night). My theory is and always will be is if I just “guess” to make a pick/bet on a game “so I can (or my clients can have some ACTION on this nationally televised game) watch it with some extra cash riding on it…when it loses (and trust me guessing games you usually lose 60% of time) I then steal (1.1 units) from my overall win/loss at season’s end. I am way up on season and get asked by 1/3 of my clients “C’mon Gary just tell me who you like better” as it’s hard to watch a game unless your fav team is playing without a bet on (given) game. Always bet smart..not just for the action. I bet if you simply do that your bankroll at the end of the year has tons more cash in it. Well we got both later CBB picks into the WINNERS CIRCLE and go (3-1) after a (5-0) night….this has makings now to be my all time tops CBB SEASON in my 34 year career. It will not be easy….and honestly it won’t happen….my top season is the greatest one sport season of all time….but this (8-1) run the past 2 nights is even sweeter because we have had a surge of new clients join off our many new Affiliates sending us their traffic. I am totally in the zone and excited now to see how far this streak can go the rest of the week. Thanks to Indiana, UNLV and a later dominance by St Mary’s to get us 3 of 4 tonight. Every game played out exactly as I capped it. I am not even mad at the losing pick as it didn’t fully shock me….Florida is now simply proving they aren’t that good….Good night to all.

Ok well the one pick I almost used as a “BEST BET” (INDIANA -12 1/2) was solid most of the game but it did have a short period where they blew our cushion….only to pull away finally late and win by 16. Our second pick was a dud as UConn/Fla-“OVER” never sniffed a cover thanks to a terrible performance by Florida at Home. I have UConn ranked as my #2 CBB team in nation and this team just keeps proving to me they are worthy of that and really giving my #1 Univ. of Houston a run for top dawg. Florida I felt would rebound off some bad games of late being back home but it didn’t happen. This team has solid talent but the new HC is not achieving success and he needs to right that ship ASAP. Late we once again took the hometown boyz (UNLV) as they simply are the most under rated team in CBB right now and their Defense is crazy good…hats off to HC Krueger as he has his kids giving full effort on D every game all season. Last we have St Mary’s as we are banking on a bounceback off a poor game vs. Houston (nothing to be ashamed about as Houston’s D is lethal off charts fabulous). Let’s try and do better than (1-1) in these last 2 games of Wed night….I will be back later as I will now load some articles for this new week in NFL and look over tomorrow’s CBB nice card.

Well a long a busy day but no better way to go to bed than with a (5-0) SWEEP in CBB tonight. I won’t like Lady Luck needed to step in to help make it happen….but in betting when you start making 5 or more bets in a day you likely will need some Lady Luck to get in a perfect day. Our Total of Illinois/Texas-“OVER 141” did not get there in regulation time. In reality that is a losing pick. But in betting OVERS you always have a little extra free insurance with your bet (UNDERS you get totally screwed) as Overtime likely in Football or Basketball will get almost always get you the result you were hoping for. Texas did everything wrong in final minutes and then missed a last shot to win before going to OT…one we then easily cashed our ticket. Our last two plays won pretty easily as Wisky/Maryland-“UNDER” cashed even with a little late scare as the hack a guy in final 2 minutes was getting really wild. Last my Duke boyz came out and dominated a Iowa team I have mentioned I do not like at all to start the season. In end a PERFECT (5-0) night. They are hard to get but it solidifies the 16 hour days I put in to hopefully make lots of winning wagers (picks). My text messages are full and emails from newer clients (many just joined the past week) with nice Thank You notes is greatly appreciated. I can’t reply back to them but I will say thanks here. Onto Wed card…looking like 4 plays and one “BEST BET” possibly too – I will see how lines hash out overnight and early morning to decide final cut for Wed CBB card. Hope you all had a WINNING night.

Ok off to nice start as the first two picks (both came in same game) EASILY won in wire to wire fashion. Syracuse (-17) won by large margin and my first Team Total pick also on Syracuse – (OVER 80 1/2 Points) easily going over that number scoring 95. Funny part is Syracuse scored ZERO points the final 4 1/2 mins of the game and still got 95. Oakland may have one of the worst Defenses in the nation and Syracuse was in struggle mode of late as they were playing better competition. It was time to take out a can of whoop ass and they did exactly that. Our game 3 pick is in serious danger though as Illinois (not playing well and missing tons of FT’s)/Texas- “OVER 141” not close to getting to that number without a perfect late foul fest somehow happens. Picks 4 and 5 go at 6pm/pst and 630pm/pst… Hope you are all making some cash tonight so far and wanted to welcome a small bunch of new clients on board today for first time of season…thanks for your confidence in me and my CBB picking skills…have I ever said here…I loveeee CBB best of all sports/?  Ok I have a few (dozen) times…lol.

Well day started well with Lions/Jags-“OVER” a winner…. but last 2 plays (both totals) lose in heartbreaking fashion….we finish (2-2-1) and then our red hot CBB run ended with a hard THUD (0-2) with both not even close. So lost a few units today which sucks to end this great week overall on a down note. No CBB on Mondays tiny card but for first time in ages we do have a MNF play – so for some it’s end of their betting week and others its the start. Hope you all had a great day.

Good morning gals and guys…well Week 13 of NFL already….lots of great matchups today…we hope to stay RED HOT after another winning CFB and CBB day on Saturday. I am still stunned that TCU didn’t do a QB sneak at 1/2 yard line two straight plays. Just horrific Head Coaching calls….you can watch this stuff for 100 years and you keep learning most HC’s when pressure is on and game is frantic pace they simply can’t do the job right. That loss even though just 1 unit is definitely one of my hardest to swallow this season. Kinda sad to see CFB season end….now it’s onto the wacky Bowls where all the best kids sit out unless in CFB Playoff. Bowls aren’t what they used to be. Sad. Have a big winning Sunday everybody.

Ok well been awhile since we lost a real heartbreaker and TCU is that one to happen today. Two awful play calls at the 1 rather then QB sneak with their monster QB – coming back like they did and lose that bet feels like 10 losses. Our first two CBB picks won …as my Rutgers boyz repaid us for bad implosion late loss earlier in week to easily beat Indiana as a (+4) dog and Xavier (-2 1/2) had a nice late comeback to pull away late….. One game to go in CBB. Troy was a wire to wire winner although they gave a tiny scare in there at the end. Our Total play on CFla/Tulane a nice winner with a barrage of late TD’s to make what seemed a sure loser turn into a Winner. Love those types of wins and makes TCU loss a little easier to digest (I won’t lie that loss will be remembered for a long, long time). CBB is on a monster heater now as we are dead nutz in the zone and nothing like that feeling. Man I love CBB. It’s like an ATM just spitting free cash out. Hoping to hold on with our “2 UNIT-BEST BET” on Fresno State (+3).

FRIDAY DEC. 2ND, 2022

Well it was a smaller set of games but wow we seemed to hit only super close finishes – in the end only USC running out of gas got us on wrong side of one of our 4 bets – We did catch a break as Utah bulldozed a long run TD late to get our “OVER” pick in the winners circle….also caught some luck in NTexas/UTSA-“OVER” as N.Texas going on own 20 late and failing to get first down led to short field for UTSA and they also bulldozed in a late TD to put the game Over….then our only CBB pick of Maryland (-1 1/2) was down to the final 14 seconds and we hit a nice three ball …which got us a 4 point lead and then late foul turned final score into 5 point win….one of best games I’ve watched all season as both Illinois and Maryland have some nice squads this year and we will be on both I am sure often this season. We are once again just destroying the Books in our fav sport to bet of them all…hoping for a big winning day Saturday with the gigantic card going. Hope you all had a wonderful Friday. Happy Friday gals and guys. First wanted to welcome a large new bunch of first timers here thanks to one of my new affiliates. Hope all of you will enjoy my daily blog. Ok big CFB night with the big Pac-12 Title game here in Vegas and the other CFB game tonight is a nice matchup as well. I am on both these games along with 1 CBB game Friday night. Hoping to get another solid streak going over on the Hardwoods and last nights (3-0) sweep is a nice place to start one. Saturday’s CBB card will be more in 5-6 plays range (likely). Let’s start this weekend off early with some nice ticket cashers tonight. Oh and by way I just watched possibly the worst CFB I’ve watched (I watched part of it….as it was played in afternoon here in Vegas….but I feel like part of my life was stolen watching it) in weeks as Buffalo somehow miraculously scored a TD on fourth and 15 with 1 min to go to earn a Bowl bid. I am soooo excited for the Bowl Games lineup to be released as I may sleep at the Sportsbook to play on whoever Buffalo plays.  🙂   Hope all your wagers tonight are WINNING ones!

 

THURSDAY DECEMBER 1ST, 2022

Well folks the 2nd and 3rd CBB picks for Thursday night both cashed in nicely to give us a nice bounce back off last nights (2-3) overall losing night. Kansas (-10) ran Seton Hall out in a wire to wire blowout and although my UCLA (-6 1/2) boyz gave us a little sweat late in the game…we won that one by 14 too….a game that started UCLA up (17-0) in first half and saw Stanford cut into the large halftime lead with a (9-0) lead….in the end it was a very fun night and we start CBB-DECEMBER off with a huge bang – man I love CBB. Passed the Thurs NFL game (Bills/Pats) and that Pats loss will pretty much keep any slim Playoff hopes they had alive. Gotta love to see Belichick on sidelines watching another team of his without GOAT Tom Brady lose badly. Sometimes life is really good…haha…back tomorrow with what looks like just 1 CBB play on the small card but some fun CFB action that should be really exciting to watch. Title weekend in CFB is the best fun ever.

We passed the NFL game tonight (Bills/Pats) but were are in action with 3 CBB sides. We won our first game but not many guys will claim a winner as a bad pick but this winner on Creighton was a tad on very lucky side. Creighton couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn and started 1-18 on three balls…but they did hang in there to lose by only 5 getting (+7) points. After last night’s tough luck we will take it. Two more games we hopefully have made better picks on….lol….also we are offering all our CFB Title game weekend picks for just $39 Bucks. That’s all the picks Friday and Saturday night. Last full week of CFB before the Bowl Games season so hoping to go out on a high note – it’s been a fantastic CFB season so far.

Good Morning to all and Happy December as well. I guess today officially starts the beginning of Christmas Season. As many of you know the Gift getting season starts with Opening Day of my favorite sport all time to bet: COLLEGE BASKETBALL. Although CBB didn’t start Nov 1 (it started Nov 7th) the first month results are in. For the 34th straight season we had a solid winning start/first month of the CBB season. Our record for November for this new 2022-23 CBB season is (52-28-1) for an outstanding profit of (+23.80) Units won. I am thrilled to start so strong and it proves my 14 hour days all of July paid off as I was ready to go knowing a good 50-60 teams well, something the Bookmakers clearly didn’t know as they have made and continue to make some just awful point spreads. This though has been the case since I started as a Pro Bettor and Sports Handicapper 34 years ago. With Football and NBA and NHL and now World Cup all going at once it’s a tough gig for a Sportsbook to be on top of all these sports and if there is one sport I have found they take as their last focus, it is CBB. I have learned so much in this first month watching the teams and seeing how the gazillion Portal Transfers are fitting in to their new teams. I have seen some new Head Coaches really struggle as some (I won’t name them …ok one is Villanova) don’t even know how to run a “set play”. It’s hard to watch how far Villanova has fallen from one of the greatest HC’s ever (Jay Wright) to this new HC who allows his kids to just slowly pass ball around 3 point line and take almost all jump shots. I saw more backdoor cut baskets in the movie Hoosiers then I have seen this entire Villanova season. Growing up a Big East CBB kid back East you fully expected Villanova and Syracuse to be elite teams. This year it’s going to be a long struggle as neither has the talent to compete at that elite level and Villanova is simply poorly coached. Tonight’s CBB card isn’t loaded with tons of solid plays but it looks like 3 plays will make the final cut and be “GAMEDAY PICKS CLUB” selections (picks for paid clients). Let’s start December off with a huge bang and have another (+22.80) Units month again. Let’s make some money gals and guys.

WED. NOV. 30TH, 2022

Well a really strange night on the CBB Hardwoods as for a few minutes a (5-0) sweep looked possible. In the end we imploded with Texas Tech failing to cover by 3 points (-16 1/2 and led by 15 at halftime looked like automatic ticket casher). Then my Rutgers boys went from dominating (10 pt lead) to imploding late…including missing a layup with under 30 seconds to cut the lead to just 1 point. The ending proved disastrous our way. Then as bad as this pick was (NCaro/Indiana-OVER 145) was as NC couldn’t hit anything all night…if NC just hits one 3 late to keep the game closer for late fouling to happen (well more than it did) we cash a dead sided ticket. No (5-0) and instead a losing (2-3) night overall. We did win easily on Ohio St/Duke-“OVER” and on Mich St/ND-“UNDER”. Never fun to lose, but (2-3) nights are not terrible, and we’ve had lady luck shine on us a ton this CBB season to complain on the tough losses like tonight. It’s a long, long season. Hope you all had a winning night. Back at it tomorrow again.

We hit our only play last night with Univ. of Houston…..we are now (7-0) betting them this season…..they just keep dominating….best Defensive team in land….and easily stays our #1 team in CBB. Let’s have a winning night tonight and end our great month with some big profits…oh and all 5 picks are TV games tonight.

Hi guys and gals….well just one play tonight…and although many will suspect from our past this season the play is against sorry Louisville…I will be making a smaller bet on Maryland but the situation for betting Maryland on the road here at (-13 1/2)  is one not worthy of a “Gameday Picks Club” selection….but I may bet against this really awful Louisville team every game unless I see some dramatic turnaround….I guess you could call Maryland (-13 1/2) tonight a Free Play. The pick made I really like and expect an easy wire to wire winner. Have a great night and expect 4-6 plays on Wednesday in CBB.

SUNDAY NOV. 27TH

Well crazy long busy day but very happy with the results….even with the last 2 CBB games of the 6 game pick package for Sunday ended up losing….it was still fun to win the first 4 CBB and at least (4-2) somewhat halted our mini CBB slump past 4 days prior (4-6 run).  With today’s (4-2) it’s an (8-8) run now which I will take as it’s impossible to keep winning at the rate we were the first two weeks of this new CBB season. It’s a marathon and not a sprint and this is why you have to take the highs and the lows when they happen. In the end I have always been way up and nobody hates to lose more than me. But nobody (even me working 17 hour days – 7 days a week during Football and CBB seasons) can win at the rate I did first 2 weeks of CBB for the entire season. By the Final 4 though I always fully expect to be up (50) units or more….and that isn’t using the scam bullshit most Handicappers use of 5 unit to 25 units (if not higher) per pick to make it look like with one winner they are now somehow (scam) up 25 units by being (1-0).  Be careful of those who use high Units per play (pick) or HYPE games… (“Game of Month/Year” etc). Over in the NFL we almost got the (4-0) sweep but we got Mike White’d (Jets QB) as our only loss was the Total on Bears/Jets-Under 38 not cashing as White went nutso and his big passing game enabled the game to just sneak over the total. We won our (1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) on the Niners (at times a little scary) and our other two plays won pretty easily too (Raiders/Seattle was a winner basically at Half). Monday looks like a dark (FULL PASS NFL Mon night game and all CBB) as we hope to get lots of new articles posted and one being a full “Gameday Picks Club” recap (you can always see each and every pick we make though at GARYS PICKS RECORDS page  – find it top of main Homepage). Was a crazy busy week full of wild finishes in the NFL Sunday so (3-1) finish there is really thrilling from my end. You could’ve had the most fun (lucky) day of your life Sunday if you hit all the right sides of the crazy endings or you could’ve had the most unlucky (sad) betting day of your life too though if you had the losing end of all these wacky finishes. The NFL is no longer what it once was as these moron HC’s go for 2 points like the game is Madden. Good Night guys and gals.

Good morning guys and gals – Happy Sunday and it’s already Week 12 in the NFL. Please take not it’s raining hard in almost every single game not in a Dome and some games have 15-20mph winds too….this weather will cause havoc on many games today so be extra careful with your bets today. Remember there is always another day and no need to force a bet. Saturday was a tough card in CBB but today’s is awesome and we have a strong 6-pack as we look to get off  our mini skid the past 3 days (4-6 run over that 3 day span). SAT. NOV. 26TH, 2022

Well a very long day but ended on huge note as we won our 2nd straight and very rare “2 1/2 UNIT-SUPER BEST BET” with Univ. of Washington (-1) as they won by 18….along with a solid “2 UNIT-BEST BET” winner on Air Force and we overcame a tough (0-2) morning start as Clemson (1 1/2 Unit-Best Bet) imploded after taking early big lead to actually lose straight up. Yikes. We lost Marshall (-6) as they won by only 5. We won our other two plays as Duke (+3 1/2) won straight up and our only “Total Play” (also our Free Pick for this web site) won as easy as can ever hope as Oklahoma/TTech flew over (63 1/2) scoring 99 points. We only had 1 CBB play on Saturday and Lady Luck wasn’t with us as Iowa/TCU-“OVER 148” fell three points short in a fast paced game filled with numerous missed layups and 11 missed FT’s and a combined (8-31) from 3-land. Our first mini losing streak as we now are on a (4-6) stretch the past 3 days combined. Hard to win every day so no real complaints as not many terrible picks this entire CBB so far….that’s important as it means we are “in the zone”.  Onwards to NFL Week 12 tomorrow. Hate to start a new day with a loser but still excited for our second (2 1/2 UNIT-BEST BET) of this weekend (won first one last night) and we also have a (2 UNIT-BEST BET) as well later today so lots on line here in CFB later. Tough CBB card and only found one solid play…last two days (4-5 overall) but I don’t force plays. There will be bigger and better CBB cards going forward. Hope you all have a winning weekend ahead. Long day in the books as we made some small profits as we hit our big CFB play winning easily as FLA/FLA ST-“OVER 58” soars over – just (2-2) CFB day Friday and just (3-3) CBB day (*but both 1 1/2 UNIT-BEST BETS won close calls) as most of all the picks were either close wins or close losses – hot start to CBB now a bit off past two days (4-5) – we look to get back on track over the weekend. OK folks the final 2 CBB picks split (1-1) as we get every miracle break with Arkansas (+1 1/2) as they go down 4 and get silly intentionally fouled….make both…then amazingly steal in bounds and hit a basket at the buzzer off a missed shot. Arky was better team in OT but it still took a tough just miss basket by SDST Bradley that would’ve tied game and sent it to 2nd OT. So our first 3 CBB on Wed. all win in crazy fashion late, something that prior to today we had only 1 close win (1-2 points of the pointspread) all season vs. (9) close losses. The fun ended and with a hard thud as Pepperdine was no match for my UCLA boyz who finally got solid games from their 2 Frosh studs, neither who played well all season before today. I guess me ripping them both in my weekly Recap column got them charged up. If I am going to lose I am glad it was my fav team beating me. I loaded lots of new helpful Football articles and will load remaining ones Thursday. Been a really fun start to CBB and excited for a few rare “SUPER BEST BETS” in CFB on Friday and Saturday. Haven’t had as many Best Bets this season as prior years but wow these two are screaming at me. Have a great night to all and back at this tomorrow. Ok after having 9 losses early in CBB by (1-2) points and only one winner by (1-2) points with the fantastic Creighton late comeback we now had two (1-2) winners (off the pointspread itself) in one day. The Gods are slowly evening that up thankfully. We do get lucky Creighton had only 3 fouls so with 2 seconds left after intentional FT miss there was no Arizona shooting FT’s that would’ve likely beat us if shooter hits both. (2-0) start to Thanksgiving Eve and hoping second straight sweep CBB day here today (Wed).

Ok well great news is our early CBB Wisconsin (+1) …. we bet/released this pick last night and game moved to (+2 1/2)….no help to me (clients). In end maybe most sluggish game I’ve watched all year but Wisky wins by 1. Next up Creighton (+3). Was tough call taking them when they and Arizona both cashed yesterday. Two loaded teams playing third game in 3 nights. Hoping close game here. One more very late game tonight. CBB 2022-23 is already just destroying books. Shame Football never seems this fun.

11pm/pst – Been busy watching tons of CBB games (love these tourneys) and all 3 picks are now in books. Nice (3-0) sweep as Rutgers and Creighton and Arizona (they owed us off final minute implosion to not cover yesterday vs. Cinci). CBB is “ON FIRE” out the gates first now 16 days. Man I love CBB. Adding an article or two tonight and likely 8 or 9 on Wed.

11pm/pst – Well what could’ve been a huge day in CBB (we passed SF/AZ game on MNF) turned into a (4-3-1) day as Arizona melted down and blew a huge lead getting outscored 7 points (7-0) in final minute vs. Cinci. Been tough go so far in any close game as Gambling Gods whacking us in close games (1-2) points of pointspread as we have only 1 win and 9 losses in that type of finish. They usually even out….we hope…hahaha

SUNDAY NOV. 20th

5pm/pst – Well the Jets (+3 1/2) just gave us likely our worst BAD BEAT thus far this FB season and hard to fathom we will have a worse fate rest of way….allowing a gazillion yard Punt Return TD with 8 seconds left in a (3-3) game is tough pill to swallow. A solid (3-1) day quickly turned into (2-2) day. OUCH!
