“TIRED LEGS” DEFENSES (**These Defenses were on the field a ton of Plays last week/some a ton past 2 games!)
Ps-Remember teams on Road can’t bring full amount of players so depth can become an Issue. Playing over 75 plays last week can become a problem this week ….so always check travel needed this week, time zone differences, if on the Road (less players suiting up) and who are they facing this week (rested team?), (high octane Offense that might go fast in between plays this week?)
SUPER “TIRED LEGS” DEPARTMENT TEAMS THIS WEEK
Note: Many teams have NOT taken a “BYE” week yet and so (150) Total plays over the past two weeks is worrisome. Always also remember the smaller schools lack depth so “Tired Legs” comes into play in a big way more so than the elite teams with very deep Depth.
1). OKLAHOMA DEFENSE: On field average (80) plays a week for 4 straight weeks now.
2). BALL STATE DEFENSE: On field (86) plays last week and (89) plays two weeks ago.
3). FLORIDA STATE DEFENSE: On field a ton last two weeks (total 159 plays).
4). OHIO UNIV. DEFENSE: On field (176) plays the past two weeks combined.
5). WESTERN KENTUCKY: On field (156) plays the past two weeks combined.
6). NORTH CAROLNA DEFENSE: On field (151) plays the past two weeks combined (81 last week).
7). TOLEDO DEFENSE: On field (90) plays last week and (162) plays the past two weeks combined.
8). T.C.U. DEFENSE: On field (153) plays the past two weeks combined.
9). OKLAHOMA STATE DEFENSE: On field an insane (104) plays last week and now (174) plays past two weeks combined.
10). TEXAS TECH DEFENSE: On field last week (86) total plays.
11). B.Y.U. DEFENSE: On field (154) plays past two weeks combined.
12). MID TENNY STATE DEFENSE: Really getting Tired now – Last week (82), then (82) two weeks ago, (89) three weeks ago.
13). ALABAMA DEFENSE: On field (157) plays past two weeks combined.
